Excellent service!

Great view. excellent service. Very courteous staff. However this is an older property under renovation. I did not know about renovations until at the property. Many features did not work. No swimming pool (outdoor) despite being advertised on Expedia and all sites. Room safe did not work and was not bolted Room heating did not work since there was leakage from balcony door There was no lobby to walk, mingle since everything was under construction

Excellent location!. You get to see all of beautiful Dal lake from a hill. This is the only hotel where you get to see whole of Dal lake in its serene setting as well as most of Srinagar. Property was well maintained with beautiful flora. Staff is very respectful. Yes, I would visit it again.

Besy view of dal lake.. excellent staff that listens.. good travel desk for nearby tours. Noone can beat them in srinagar

We had a great stay.

The property is beautifully located, you have a gorgeous view of the sunset, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Pool could use some maintenance and regular cleaning, also it's a dry hotel, so make sure to bring your own booze. Breakfast was a lavish spread, and food is delicious.

One of the best Taj properties in the country. Superb views and large rooms. Fantastic and prompt service. Staff is very friendly; they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Special thanks to Naeem for taking care of us!

Going to coming out of Hotel was very problematic. Security people on the road leading to hotels were very rude and non cooperative. We have great hassle going to or coming out of hotel.

It was an amazing stay at Vivanta Dal View.. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar.. The view from the hotel is breathtaking.. Its so good that you can even skip visiting Shankaracharya Hill.. The Infinity restaurant again serves great food along with the excellent view.. Also, they serve kids friendly food like plain khichdi which is relief for people travelling with their families.. The service too is great and I would say its a mush visit hotel if you are planning a trip in Srinagar.

Beautiful surrounding, very nice hotel, very warm and friendly all the staffs and mamagement. Very good Asian and international food as well.

The Vivanta Taj is set in a beautiful surrounding. We only stayed one night but I will definitely return here if in Srinagar again. The breakfast was not as great as expected of Taj hotels. The staff were were friendly upon check in. Overall our stay was pleasant.
