Dominic in breakfast area and Basheer ( Driver ) were very helpful and kind. They are true professional and made me stay very comfortable. Basheer stands out in terms of service and attitude. Appreciate his help

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. At Dining area - Mr Dominic, Mr Phatak, Mr Prakash were extremely friendly and looked after all our minor needs and went beyond there job to help us. At bar and club area we had again excellent service with two ladies looking after us. Sorry forgot their names but think one was Supervisor Ambika, and other was her junior ? name Thanks

Overall, nice stay at Taj Krishna. A bit crowded during our stay as they are often host events, but courteous staff did their best to accommodate hotel guest needs as efficiently as possible. Good location. Taj Deccan might be the quieter option.

Location good. Basic building and decor good. But smell of mildew in some places. Needs removal of mold mildew from walls maybe like Taj Deccan. Swimming pool needs to open by 5 am. Breakfast options heavy on sweets, juice , cereal & maida(APF) .. whole foods while available.. Can be increased.

Excellent service and amazing hospitality! Had a wonderful stay at Taj!

Stayed at Taj Krishna as a wedding was taking place in the hotel. Staff are friendly and assist you where possible. Special mention to the restaurant staff at the hotel as they looked after us during the stay. Only minor thing was that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance so we had to use the swimming pool at the sister hotel, Taj Deccan. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend to stay at the hotel.

Amazing stay. The hotel staff were so lovely. Rachshita even helped me drape my saree. Everything was exceptional. It was a calming, relaxing experience with the welcoming and leaving rituals making every guest feel special. As a female, travelling alone for business I felt very safe. The hotel organised an outstanding driver - Basir- who showed me all ghe sights as well and letting me experience the rich variety of cuisine available. I am already looking forward to my next stay.

There is damp smell in the room and corridors there is water leak on the walkway to rooms on the fall ceiling there was mosquito in the room that killed my sleep

Property is old and will need an uplift

I stayed for four nights in the hotel. Hotel location was very convenient. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Air conditioning of my room was not cooling enough, however, Mr. Mirnal provided me a pedastal fan which rectified my issue of cooling up to some extent. Room cleaning service guys were excellent. Restaurant swervice was good, Dominic. Pathak and Sushant was very helpul and provided good services at the restaurant. There were several flies in the dining area of the restaurant which looks dirty and unhygenic conditions. At my floor, I passed thru the hallways, I always felt smell of cigarette smoke which was disgusting and unhealthy. It is supposed to be a non smoking zone. Towels were not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. Mirnal is a excellent guy and very courteous.
