It was a beautiful resort with very good service.

Staff were good, form over function. Beautiful grounds, and helpful transportation to pickup zones for safaris. The breakfast timing was quite odd given most folks are out during then for a morning safari. Also, only having a buffet option for dinner (or room service) was surprising. The room was gorgeous and had everything we needed, but for the price of the room, we were surprised about the food options.

Ideal place to stay when visiting Ranthanbore National Park. Lovely setting with good service and attractive accommodation.

Hospitality as you would expect from a Taj property, the property is on their resort themes. Great well maintained facilities and an amazing spa which we used. The only critique would be the food options and flavours which could be improved. (Breakfast was amazing tho!)

Hotel is located outside of the town of Sawai Modhopur but close to the national park entrances for zones 1-5. Hotel is very clean , staff are attentive, smart in their safaris uniforms, very helpful and informative. A special mention to Pooja who guided us through the hurdles presented by the safaris booking process (recommend pre booking using hotel ).Afternoon tea on the lawn after a safaris was a nice touch.

I loved staying here for my visit to the Tiger Sanctuary. I would absolutely stay again. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. My room was gorgeous.

Excellent hospitality and great service

The property is gorgeous, the staff accommodating, and the food was amazing. The amenities kept the kids busy, and when it was time to safari, the resort provided us with bottled water and blankets to take along. Loved it.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as we expected it to be. Outstanding service, amazing breakfast and very nice room. The have an afternoon tea with a lot of snacks.

Very well maintained location; very attentive and courteous staff, always trying to be as helpful as they can. Great service with very sumptous food choices at Machan (restaurant). Entire staff was wonderful; special shoutout to front desk (Nisha, Satyam, Khushboo); Sundeep also was very helpful in a small issue we had with booking.

We had a great time at the Sawai Vilas. Sachin and Vishnu at the front office were great. All safari permits were handled carefully and we were picked up on time each time. Very efficient and helpful. We were warmly greeted by Ramesh and team at the gate each time we came back from safaris. Truly enjoyed the cuisine by Chef Rinku and the excellent customer service by all the servers we encountered - Rajendra, Navin, Manvendra, Bahwani, Vikram and Mukesh at the bar. The food options and quality were exceptional and the drinks were always cold. We also enjoyed the spa! The room was always clean and fresh. Thank you for making our stay a great one!
