Very nice !

Good hotel in Bangalore, suitable for business trip, but cost is jot cheap

Absolutely great service. Well trained staffs professionally cast their hospitality to guests. Well Managed rooms, confirmtable andy soothing fragrance everywhere Special thanks to Achint from the front desk to manage my invoicing request well and sound.

Hotel is almost perfect, in terms of location, interior decoration, cleanliness, food. Almost everything is satisfying. But, pillow case is a bit old and yellowing, which is easily make people think that is not clean. I think it is the only one I am not satisfied with.

提早訂房，價格很好。飯店前面就是捷運，非常方便，隔一個捷運站也有購物中心，算是相當不錯。看到Taj就算是品質保證，早餐沒話說，服務也是，個人認為比孟買的Vivanta by Taj來得好。但是床有點硬，如果再軟一些會更好。建議可以提供房客SPA優惠，免費的網路速度可以再快一些。

Ideal location for attending the exhibitions, nearby metro station (Yeshwantpur) can take you to two shopping malls, Saphire mall (1stop) and Orion Mall (2 stops). There a mega supermarket in Saphire mall and all the branded shops you can for Orion mall. Most of the Hotel staffs are friendly (had some minor problems with the one I checked-in with, but rest of them are nice and helpful.) The room is decently spacious, had some problem with the cleanness of the towels, bed sheets initially, but after responding to the Duty Manager Abhishek, he quickly solved all the issues with professionalism and made the rest of the stay very comfortable.

接待人員服務態度良好，交通便利 離捷運站近，客房寬敞明亮，整潔舒適。 飯店內整體整潔舒適，沒有外界車水馬龍的吵雜聲。

Excellent service, good for business trip

Rien à redire sur la qualité de chambre, la propreté, l'acceuil et la gentillesse du personnel, la nourriture du restaurant... Juste que les équipements sont un peu vétustes mais franchement rien de grave. Je recommande largement.

I have been staying at this property since 2019,my last visit was in November 2025. Hate to complain but I don't see any "Taj " experience of late. Housekeeping is so so & front desk personnel are barely friendly! During my last visit, I found a cockroach in the bathroom when I checked in late in the night.Staff were informed,they sprayed pesticide,cleaned and that's it! Yesterday I found a hair in my breakfast (disgusting), I just left the restaurant.Again, nothing from the hotel management no courtesy call, no mention of making my stay better,nada! The towels are stiff and scratchy, desperately need softener! I usually stay at this hotel for at least a week to 10 days and this is the best of the treatment I get. On the brighter side,food & ambience is excellent.Rooms are bright and roomy.
