Good hotel in Bangalore, suitable for business trip, but cost is jot cheap

Absolutely great service. Well trained staffs professionally cast their hospitality to guests. Well Managed rooms, confirmtable andy soothing fragrance everywhere Special thanks to Achint from the front desk to manage my invoicing request well and sound.

Hotel is almost perfect, in terms of location, interior decoration, cleanliness, food. Almost everything is satisfying. But, pillow case is a bit old and yellowing, which is easily make people think that is not clean. I think it is the only one I am not satisfied with.

提早訂房，價格很好。飯店前面就是捷運，非常方便，隔一個捷運站也有購物中心，算是相當不錯。看到Taj就算是品質保證，早餐沒話說，服務也是，個人認為比孟買的Vivanta by Taj來得好。但是床有點硬，如果再軟一些會更好。建議可以提供房客SPA優惠，免費的網路速度可以再快一些。

Ideal location for attending the exhibitions, nearby metro station (Yeshwantpur) can take you to two shopping malls, Saphire mall (1stop) and Orion Mall (2 stops). There a mega supermarket in Saphire mall and all the branded shops you can for Orion mall. Most of the Hotel staffs are friendly (had some minor problems with the one I checked-in with, but rest of them are nice and helpful.) The room is decently spacious, had some problem with the cleanness of the towels, bed sheets initially, but after responding to the Duty Manager Abhishek, he quickly solved all the issues with professionalism and made the rest of the stay very comfortable.

Nice and clean room. Good breakfast. Good choice for anyone travelling to Bengaluru.

Hotel is conveniently located next to subway station and a few stops from shopping malls. Room is clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff from reception to restaurant are very helpful. Restaurant provides a delightful breakfast buffet spread and wide range of delicacies during other times of the day.

This review is regarding the Taj hotels cancellation policy. I had booked this hotel for 1 night however my flight to Bengaluru initially got delayed by a day and Expedia showed that I could still go ahead and cancel my booking and get a refund so I went ahead and cancelled but then later got to know that no refund will be issued since the cancellation occurred beyond their cut off time frame. I rebooked the same room in the same hotel for the same dates as I was put on an earlier flight after constant battling with the airlines. When Expedia tried to approach the hotel seeking a refund for my first booking they have declined the request. This is not fair when there is so much of uncertainity with the flight travel these days hotels must be considerate about the cancellations. And that too I have rebooked the same room for the same dates after my flight got rebooked but still the management is not ready to refund which is totally unfair.

Yes and yes. The extensive breakfast options were nothing like I had experienced before. This was recommended to us and it was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel apart from some other reasons. The room AC was excellent too.
