No restaurant nearby the hotel.It is very inconvenience.

This hotel shall not be the 4 star hotel. Service poor, wifi poor. Bad image.

Staff was very slow, no fitness center, room was not very clean and suffocated. No Entertainment. Wi- fI was not working and very boaring environment

Tavisha hotel is NUMBER ONE CHEATER! If Hotels.com cares for its reputation, them DELIST TAVISHA NOW! We went on the night of 11th December as per our booking, but they had already sold my room and also were impolite. The hotel's premises and rooms are THIRD CLASS and do NOT deserve even 2 stars. I so much did not like this hotel and they CHEATED me by NOT giving me room even though I had paid in advance, that I had to stay with my colleagues and book another room for one of the nights in Delhi at the last minute. I demand FULL REFUND from Hotels.com and they should CLAIM it from Tavisha hotel. By the way, I am not the only one who got this experience, it is also written in one of the guest's feedback on your website!

Nice Hotel Close to Delhi for any Business purpose. Easy access to metro and bus stops. It is a convenient location.

チェックイン、チェックアウトの手際が悪い。チェックアウト時に、エクスペディアで料金を支払い済なのに請求してきた。 部屋が広くてきれいだったのは良い。また朝食が美味しかった。 テレビのリモコンが壊れていて映らなかった。 最寄りのメトロ駅から実際に歩くと、道が悪いので地図で見るよりも距離が離れていると感じた。 駅からの途中に小さなショッピングセンターがあって買い物ができる。

Hotel staff didn’t know what’s going on they change our room to a different hotel saying its same owners hotel. When we booked the hotel it was confirmed so why they took us in a different hotel??

Check-in was a surprise for the staff, needed long confirmation. Extra roll away bed was not put into room as requested, needed to ask with assertion to get basics right. Staff seemed puzzled as to their duties. Restaurant offerings and service extremely poor. Will not recommend this hotel. Extractor fan in bathroom didn't work. Big safety hazard noted in that a big glass pane which is not safety glass as per safety standards forms part of the division to the outside....a person could easily slip & break this glass with possible catastrophic consequences.

Decent hotel Location is not so good

Da vi sjekket inn lå det hybelkaniner og skutt på bad og på rommet. Sengetøyet hadde flekker og det var mange små sorte hår i det «rene» sengetøyet. Frokosten var kjedelig, middagen var god. Det var ikke vann som stod klart på rommet, det hadde de glemt å legge frem til oss. Det var oppussing på hotellet, så det bråkte mye. Dette var noe vi ikke fikk beskjed om. Selve området var fint. Fine biler og leiligheter imrubdt hotellet.

There was one towel in the bathroom though I called ahead multiple times to let them know that I am bringing my mother. They could not provide me with names of any airport shuttle services and just said to take Uber though I stated I didn't feel it would be safe at 4 a.m. The bedsheets looked unwashed too.

Nice location, good location. Would stay there again. Breakfast is not included and was expensive at 500 Rs per head.

The room was good. Bathroom was neat and clean, though exhaust was not functional yet, which they said are still in process of being made ready in next few days. Food in the restaurant was very good.
