There was a party nearby in the middle of the night so it was quite noisy.

I made a booking months ago and also paid in the advance. I had a 24 hour layover in Delhi Upon arrival, saw my reservation on the computer. Produced my identification. Advised by employee that guests with foreign addresses cannot check into the hotel. Spoke with two manager's and they advised this was a government regulation. Never heard of this before. Had to go online and find another hotel. As this was not mentioned to me prior, rating is Terrible for everything.

Poor service and cleanliness. Had to haul my luggage myself as the staff kept fighting with each other as the shift of one of the personnel was getting over. After travellling for around 12 hrs my kids were really tired and desperately wanted to stretch in bed but the reception wont hand over the keys until you pay. Had to be at the reception for 20 mins. The reception double entried me and had me sign twice and when i asked the reason, no answer. The sleeping sofa bed had lot of dust on it and the cover was torn up. No complimentary shuttle service to the airport, even thought hotels.com describes otherwise. Another customer came complaining about AC not working since 2 days. Staff does not know where to find a pair of extra towels and blankets. Not sure how the rating is above 7. The only good part is that the location of the hotel i guess. Definitely not worth the price you are charged for.

It was hard enough to get here but they would not accept our reservation because we were not Indian. They would not even acknowledge us. Just racism. Avoid this place.

We had a tough time right from check in. I called the hotel from the airport to be told that there was no booking or information from Expedia. One of our group member - a single lady had a sleepless night as hotel had permitted the next room guest to have a dog with him and that guest had tied the dog outside his room. The dog was uneasy and barking all night and broke open a frame of her door. The hotel staff did not have any solution or regret about it. They also had given the room on our floor - 1st floor to a bunch of revellers who were shouting all night. I also have an issue with what I was actually charged and the invoice given. The invoice is much lower than what I have paid. Expedia needs to check and refund the excess amount collected I am inclined to write against the property on social media

Not able to offer any accommodations to ANY non-Indian citzens. After a long and expensive taxi ride to the hotel they called around and found me a place 9km farther out from the airport which was also primarily designed for Indians but a great manager saved a terrible day.

This stay here has been horrendous to say the least. I've stayed here before in april and it was a good experience then but not now. To start with, when I checked in, the staff looked disappointed with the cost I booked with. No breakfast was served even though it was included in my stay but the staff denied that it's not included. I ordered some food(chilly paneer) which had hardly 4 pieces of paneer and even the beverage was warm. Pathetic room service, asked for a water bottle twice, waited for half an hour but nobody came then I had to go myself and get that from downstairs. To top it all, the hot water wasn't available as the geyser wasn't working.

The staff here is great. They resolved all my issues on time and looks like they take customer satisfaction very seriously. It has a great location, good food and a good quiet atmosphere with privacy. The property was also clean and is in fine condition. It was a great stay.

The property has a great location. The staff is polite. It did have some problems like the room smelled really bad initially. Also, the wifi was not working. I had to use my own hotspot. There no dedicated phone extension - they give you a mobile number to call for assistance. I stayed for 3 days and no one came for house cleaning.

Had to book here last minute - room was very clean, and since the building is set back from the road, very quiet. Staff was kind and accomodating.

The wifi connection was atrocious and we kept losing the signal and the given password would no longer work after that. The Hotel advertised 24 hour room service which did not exist! They advertised a restaurant, cafe, spa and fitness center which was nowhere to be seen. The room was smelly, and when we requested for the room to be changed, the manager told us no other room was available. It turned out that we were the only guests in the hotel! And yet they refused to cater to us. When I called the hotel after my reservation to book a round trip airport transfer, the advertised rate on hotels.com said 1000 rupees. Please note that the hotel is listed as being very close to the airport and claims its perks as an "airport hotel". The manager Mr. Prapul told me the rate was 1,500. I agreed. At the airport there was nobody to pick us up, so I called the hotel and asked them to send a car as I correctly assumed a taxi would have a very difficult time locating the hotel. To avoid that after our very long flight, I agreed to his 1,500 rupees. Upon our arrival at the hotel, Mr. Prapul said, "Oh the rate was only for one way and I would have to pay another 1,500 rupees for both ways and he was willing to give me discount to 2,000 Rupees!!! Seriously?!! It's not that I mind the money. As I said, I was happy to sign up for the airport transfer, as I wanted to avoid the hassle of the airport taxis etc, but once you fix the rate, please stick To it! Charge us 3,000 from the beginning
