The staff were very helpful, the facilities were lovely and clean. My window didn't have a view out of, it was frosted over, but let in natural light which was fine by me. The AC was very powerful, actually had it turn it off sometimes because the room got too cold! Food was very good, both at breakfast and dinner.
The only thing to note as a UK tourist is where I don't speak Hindi/Kannada, it is not easy to get dropped back to if you can't get an Uber, as taxi drivers don't know where it is, so a couple of times I would get dropped at Lal Bagh and walk from there.

Good stay. Comfortable. Clean. Attentive staff. Good hot breakfast. Closer to a highway but rooms were well soundproofed. Can recommend for extended stay.

The trip stay was very good, overall. The only real issue was internet connectivity. It was little confusing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, most had reasonable grasp of English.

Property couldnt able to located my uber/ola/taxi drivers. The gps takes to the rear end of the building which do not have entrance access.
During my stay, there was constant power shut off.
But the staff were friendly and cooperative.

Prisvärt hotell med bekväma, fräscha och rymliga rum. Stor fördel att få rum med balkong. Frukosten lite pover men ok. Personalen mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma.
Wi-Fi krånglade lite för mycket och även rumsnycklarna fick vi förnya lite för ofta. Tv kanalerna var i princip inget man kunde titta på till skillnad från förra gången då det fanns ”allt”. I det stora hela var vi nöjda och kan tänka oss att bo där på nästa resa.

Ok but not-so-good if your room is on the ground floor (not healthy too). Surely ask if any top floor room is available. Network was very poor in those rooms and wifi was to working too. Breakfast was very good to.

Disappointing experience with reception staff who were asking for documentation (ID proofs) even for guests who came over to visit. It was extremely embarrassing for me and for my friends who came to visit. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
