走約一兩公里就有熱鬧地帶~服務跟飲食都沒話說得好!!

It started with a poor chek-in, where internet coverage was too bad and room was not very clean. in the new room internet coverage was better as modem was nearby. However the room was not looking fresh. The towel set was really bad (which was replaced later). The Display in the TV was full of lines and the mechanic told, it was like that in every room. More over only free channels were available and hardly any paid channels. The remote of the TV was changed twice during my stay, The TV wiring exposed open tables and appeared very shabby. In the bathroom, dryer plug was hanging out from the switch board exposing live lines. Overall the look is that of a property with hardly any maintenance. As the remote was not working, as felt for location of controls on the side and top of TV, a lot of dust got into my fingers.

A/C was too noisy..breakfast was severd too late at 8:30 AM

They don’t take international cards, dirty room, found hair and **x juice, no shower towels, they got me a floor towel after 45 min waiting, they don’t answer the phone, they accused me stealing towels and searched my baggage, I reported to orbitz they didn’t do anything 🙄,

I will probably try a different hotel next time due primarily to their internet issues. Their internet is down at least once a day, mostly because of poor network design within the hotel. They keep running out of IP Addresses inside their network and they have to call some other company to fix it each time which takes an hour for some reason. Additionally their internet access scheme are bandwith & time limited logins that last 2 days each and 2 gigs for each login so when that login is consume you have to use a new login. I was working over the weekend in the hotel and consumed all of the logins they provided, and when I asked for more they gave me a hard time about it and gave me 24 hour logins with 1gig of bandwidth each. Breakfast is good, cleanliness is decent to good, they reused my towels a few days by refolding them and putting them back on the rack which barely bothers me but may bother others. Staff is pretty good, room is nice but has strong scent that gets really strong when the room heats up, once you turn the AC back on it cools and the scent disappears mostly. If it weren't for the internet mess they've created I would stay at this hotel again. I was working in a building on the same block for 2 weeks and the internet in my work building was always up and very fast, don't let the hotel blame their internet issues on external problems, I could fix their issues in 1 day with a better design & get rid of their network management company.

Staff is amazing and the service was perfect ....Very good experience but management needs to take care of civil work maintainance for toilets fittings etc etc and also upgrading and maintaining furniture and interiors which needs serious attention

Fine. Satisfactory, except cooling was insufficient in Room, attention was drawn twice but all in vein.

空港送迎サービスをお願いしたが返信がなく、電話しなければいけなかった。 このサイトには往復1500ルピーと書かれていたのに、実際には片道1480ルピー請求された。 時間がなかったので、そのまま払った。 浴槽が黒ずんでて入る気になれなかった。 朝食のバイキングは普通。特別美味しいものはなかったです。 場所は観光に便利で良かったです。

Hotel très daté. personnel tente de combler mais l'état de l'etablissement est tellement mediocre que c'est peine Perdue. Chambre nettoyée mais usée. prise hors des murs, baignoire inutilisable (brune au fond). Parquet qui se décolle, etc. Le lit était très confortable. Très compliqué d'avoir un taxi. Le premier jour j'avais une reunion tôt, je demande un taxi à 7h00 precise le lendemain. Evidemment à 7h00 on appelle seulement et on me dit "No problem, taxi will be here in 30minn". Je suis donc parti seul marché et tenter d'attraper un Rickshaw.

This hotel is very bad. Everything is broken inside hotel room. Bed and sheets were very dirty. This is a 1 star hotel.

Spacious rooms and convenient location makes Capitol a good choice

room was reasonable,little overpriced for the facility Staff is good,attentive and courteous Breakfast was okay,but variety was less,I got the same choice on almost all days.Stayed for 4 days The furniture looks old,t=bathrooms small, and not so well maintained,even the lift.No directions for staircase,I could not locate one,I wonder whether there is one I feel they have to give some more attention to routine maintenance of the rooms,even the towels. Hotel amenities are just routine Location is very good,easily accessible The four star status The staff was good in responding to calls and getting things done fast,that was definitely scoring above all other shortcomings There is a gym,Swimming pool,conference hall,and all other amenities,but what is lacking is attention to details

Best hotel. Cooperative staff with down to earth behaviour. Convenient location. Delicious food and good service.

i will never recommend this hotel to anybody unless they refurbish the whole hotel. there is dust in all the furniture in the lobby, coffee stains on the tables

Very Poor in condition of the room and looks tired or sad. Needs uplift. Fridge & bar facility in the room is empty. Lights in the ceiling are broken and patched up with cello tapes. Buffet is the worst with empty food trays and only two staff handling the whole buffett which makes them difficult to handle the customer requirements and to replenish the food. OVERALL it was not a pleasant stay and will never satay again in Capitol.

The hotel was not as expected.It doesn't deserve any star.the service was very poor.rooms appeared very dull in a tired condition with poor lighting.Breakfast trays were empty and no one to serve and they were taking ages to respond when asked to get something.It wasn't a pleasant stay altogether.

Very old building.. Things are falling apart. Loose light bulb fell on my wife in the bathroom.. Not a pleasant experience.. Don't recommend Also, breakfast buffet is very expensive

***Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid*** 1.When you book - you get is Room + breakfast and wifi ... Also free are the cockroaches ( yes live ones)in the room wifi which never works in the hotel, dust and fluff in the room. 2.The power plug have an issue , each time I put in my phone charger , the main fuse used to trip. It was a main wall socket issue, the hotel simply said please don't use this plug and that plug , balance plugs should not be an issue. 3.There were some good stuff at the hotel - The cable TV signal was good !!! / The staff at the coffee shop great , good location..

Food was average.. After giving inputs chef did try improving the dish.. Breakfast is very average nd less variety.. Room is comfortable but not sound proof , meaning movement outside or in the next room can be heard especially in the night it makes u feel someone is trying to open ur door but is actually opening theirs. Staff is excellent... Rooms are clean .. Room service is great.. Someone who is not fussy about food can opt for this..
