I checked in with my colleagues right after landing to Pune during the midnight. More than 10 hotel guests called to my room and thought they're calling for room services and house keeping. Turned out that the phone system was something wrong. People phoned to the reception or house keeping but mistakenly these calls were re-directed to my room. I informed the reception but they couldn't take any necessary actions for me for 45-min. Eventually, I have to go to sleep so I have to cut all the phone lines at the room and bathroom together. It's not my first time staying in this hotel. But their customers services and support are really getting worse.

Good location, . Big rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff at reception are very courteous.

This is a budget hotel. The room has a very overpowering smell and I felt quite dizzy when I first stepped into the room. My colleagues complained about the smells too. The chambermaids did not use vacuum cleaner at room level lobby. She used a wooden stick broom. So shocking to see all the dust in the air. The lunch and dinner buffet were decent and well cooked. We truly enjoyed our dinner at rooftop restaurant !

In today's day and age they don't have electrical sockets on both sides of the bed or any light controls, they are only on one side of the bed and that too very limited, the electrical socket and switch are combined for light also, so if you want to leave your device on charge then you have to sleep with the light on your head. And they do provide an iron in the room but the wire is small and other sockets in the room do not work. The USB sockets also did not function. When I called the guest services to get a dental kit, there was no answer for about 20 minutes, finally had to go down to reception and they said may be missed your call cause of lot of room guests calling. Overall bad experience. Check in and check out took forever.

Extremely helpful staff. Huge room with great views. Loved the breakfast. Electrics need some updating as fussy light controls and sockets beside the bed that switch off with the light (!)

Chancery Pavilion Hotel provided a wonderful stay. The facilities were excellent and met all expectations, ensuring a comfortable experience. The staff are accommodating and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Safety and security measures were well in place, giving us peace of mind. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

As always...staff and location were excellent. Only disappointment was the beer lines in the Brewery were not clean and therefore could not properly enjoy the offerings. Hoping for a better tasting next time.

Ease of check in. Though room cleaning was late Cleanliness was appreciable. good Riestaurants. Alchemy was the best.

Nice big rooms and hreat location for shopping and restaurants. Checkin and Checkout process littlw chaotic and unorganized. Confusion with payments (we had pre paid, but they insisted we pay.. took them some time to sort it out).

Absolutely disappointing stay. The 1 star hotel is better than THIS 4 star hotel bathroom. Water all over the place!
