The overall experience is perfect. Only one suggestion of the wifi, you have to relogin. It is in downtown. Very close a local shopping mall with Indian ARTCRAFTS.

附近簡直荒漠，有一間小店跟一間中餐廳，但是其餘的都要搭車搭Auto。飯店不能換匯，然後服務生十分喜愛推銷客人幫忙評高分 XD 總的而言是還不錯，飯店裝潢十分精緻，就是服務少了些。

短暂停留一天，但是印象很好。此酒店的各种触摸按钮让你惊喜，位置里BRIGADE ROAD不远，但是没有时间逛，门口是单行线不太好。酒店设施非常现代，下次应该还会住。

Rooms reasonable size but dark and dated with light switches you cannot easily see or access. Breakfast and restaurant reasonably good as was toilet and bathroom. Overall property dated and tacky in places.

Staff was super friendly and helpful with many things. Gym is useless, things are broken and rusted etc. Breakfast spread was great.But I saw a small cockroach around the coffee/tea/cereal counter, that freaked me out. The sanitation in the place can be improved dramatically.

Food was excellent. Waiter service courtius.

My problem was not with the hotel, but with you: hotels.com. You advertised that the hotel provided free collection from the airport, but when I tried to book this via your site, no one got back to me. Upon asking, the hotel said they do not provide such a service. Your site is misleading in this regard. The hotel itself was very good.

Their advertised WiFi is not as good as they claim on Expedia. I had to wait for a day for them to fix the issue. Room was small and congested.

excellect location of the property but HORRIBLE hotel and no where near a 4 start on any front....room did not have fresh sheets...toilet was soiled...food was also not good

Magical experience

I recently stayed at Elanza Hotel in Bangalore and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The breakfast offered a good variety and was quite satisfying. One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel very welcome. However, I did notice that the lobby and reception area could use some improvement. The carpet in these areas needs cleaning, and enhancing the ambiance would greatly benefit the overall impression of the hotel. Despite this, I would still recommend Elanza Hotel for its excellent rooms and hospitality.

AC leaked overnight, flooded floor. Called twice in the morning for fix.

Had a 1 night stay everything was good and no complain,service and breakfast all were good.

Utmärkt service och väldigt fräscht. Otroligt för det priset. Man hör trafiken, men det gör man om man ska bo centralt i Bangalore. Maten i restaurangen också kanon. Hjälpsam och serviceminded personal.

Nice big room. Very clean and good location for the cricket stadium and Church Street bars.

Property was clean and decent. Room was also comfortable and definitely boutique. I would recommend this place to those going to Bangalore.
