Lovely hotel in Rajkot. More like 5*.

Very nice suite room. On the garden level. Good and clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Except for one waiter, all restaurant staff were too busy talking to each other or busy on their phoned. No smile, no greetings, no eye contact. Anyway, if customer service in restaurant is not important, than this hotel is worth considering.

Nice hotel 2nd time I have stayed here, good breakfast, variety of food on evening menu, clean, comfortable rooms with complementary toiletries, friendly and attentive staff. Location is a short walk to the main bus station, museum, Ghandi’s house etc

I was in Ranchi to watch the cricket. The Grand Regency was lovely. It is a little gem in an otherwise very ordinary area. The staff were brilliant and the hotel sparkling. I had reason to entertain a couple of friends there and it was perfect. One of the better hotels on my visit to India in my price budget.

Shower did not have safety bar (to hold on), and no Nonskid mat

Comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean. Complementary breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

We stayed here 2 nights and3 days. Excellent service right from start to finish. Friendly staff on their toes whenever required.

They are not professinols and thehotel isnot worth of money.

Flexible staff catered for meals at 3 pm and 5 on 2 successive days. Friendly reception and free pick up from airport. Highly recommended

Fantastic hotel, great prices, friendly staff, a great all rounder

Location was good. From outside hotel look great and very appealing. However Room we were offered had paints peeing off and show the sign of damp. On complaining and asked to change the room, we were told no other room are available and they can only give us the room of higher category , which we had to take as first room offered wasn't upto the standard you expect from a reputable hotel. We ended in paying extra money to get the suitable room. Electrical plugs were not in the right places, no plug next to bed to plug in any electrical (medical) equipment or telephone charger and no bed side cabinet. Even Higher category room which they charged me extra had broken tap, (which they quickly repaired ). Reception staff didn't make me feel welcomed

the room was noisy. i was in the suite 309 and traffic noise killed the fun.

I had a room facing the street but the road noise was minimal. The room was very clean and its amenities were well appointed. Breakfast, which was included, offered may choices.

Nonsmoking rooms should not have ash trays...

It was a quick trip to see cricket match in Rajkot. Stay was good for stopover.
