The room and washroom was clean Good staff though few staff. Air-conditioning was very good. The complimentary breakfast was good too. Also friendly staff.

Room was stinking. Alcohol smell in the lobby. Only good thing is the breakfast.

Good hotel and easy walk to the biometrics center and consulate

The location is great and the service was amazing. The hotel itself is slightly dated and showing signs of wear and year. But the overall stay was pleasant

Disappointed with the stay. First and foremost place reeked of stale/moldy stench. I checked in late and staff was sleeping which was fine but the room had mold and the bed head rest and the bathroom was filled with it. Called and asked to change the room due to my medical condition and was denied saying rooms were full. No towels or toiletries, the towel that was later offered was dirty and I decided not to use it. The one positive experience was the reception carried paracetamol as I had a strong headache and that helped me through the night

It was broken, bedsheets were not changed , towels were old. Ac was not functioning well. Overall pretty bad experience for the money paid.

Good property. Convenient and walkable to US embassy

Dirty towels, bed and sheets are unclean, smelly, key’s doesn’t work, checked in 3am - asked for couple extra hours to check out - lady at front desk rudely refused And when asked general pricing she mentioned rent for 24 hours (but I got ~9 hours). Good: (Check in crew were great helped with essentials - walked us to the room) Breakfast service was great, good staff and accommodated all we asked for! Overall staff was good and responsive - property needs renovation or good maintenance. Security in the morning was kind, caring for us while it’s raining!

Free morning breakfast limited to South Indian break fast options only. Air conditioner temperature set to 25 Degree Celsius ( no option to change, overrides back to preset). Lobby has no air conditioning, very humid.

It was quick good stay for US Visa visit purposes. Both location are quickly accessible from this property.

Helpful staff and location was really close to the U S consulate.

Hotel is conveniently located on the main street. the hallway and lift is not in the best condition but the rooms were ok and the toilet was decent sized and clean. breakfast was awesome and i recommend this hotel for a day traveler.

Friendly staff

AC was not working in the room and common areas would drench you in sweat. Obvious lack of cleanliness and upkeep of the property is terrible. For 5000 rupees you expect these basic things.
