Excellent staff behaviour. Food is not much tasty. Approaching road to resort is very bad bad. Ambience very good. Any complaint is very prompt. In buffet system not much dishes is of North side.

The reception when we first arrived was a bit frosty. The restaurant breakfast service was extremely poor. Our Valley view room had a toilet roll holder you find in some office buildings where roll is locked and tissue is pulled though a small gap. Two days in a row, the tissue was trapped and could not be pulled out. Each time this happens you hsve to call reception to get it sorted. I am sure I am not the only one to experience this so why not resolve it? One day we came back yo the room after it was cleaned. The bathroom was cleaned but with urine colour liquid on the toilet looking likr someone relived themselves standing after it was cleaned. The shower door magnrtic seals were incorrectly installed so door would not closr completely and water would leak out. Overall, a five start hotel with a three star service.

We stayed three nights at this resort. The greenery around this property is breathtaking! The staff were really helpful and attentive although a few areas can be improved. The last ten minutes or so to get to this place had awful road conditions compared to other roads in Kerala. This is not entirely properly’s fault but they and the other resort owners on the same road should be able to influence the government or pave it at their own expense. The lunch at this pkace was awesome! We should have eaten here everyday! The breakfast and dinner buffet was so so. Also, they were understaffed during these times and could not be as attentive. The buggy service was a hot or miss. We had two senior citizens staying with us and one of them had knee surgery recently and without the buggy it would be almost impossible her to access the hilly terrain. The buggies did not always come on time. However, they apologized and ultimately sent them. We rented a two bedroom property with pool. The place was spotless and beautiful! We will be back again. If you have a car/driver, skip the breakfast or dinner and opt for the lunch gir your half board option. Some of the dishes made to order during lunch are the best I had in Kerala! The resort is just beautiful. They upgraded our rooms to Golden leaf category. The rooms were very tidy and spacious. The staff was very courteous and the food was excellent. Highly recommended property. Worth every penny !

The property on its own is lovely, very well maintained the view is stunning. The food Is massive issue.

Horrible access with broken roads, unsafe access. The property itself is very unsafe with little attention to access to people with disabilities, fell twice due to lack of lighting, poor attention to the safety of walkway. At first thought superficial bruises but it has not been healing well, so will get better medical attention, now that I am back in USA.

The property and staff is what made this stay pleasurable. The guests in the hotel were rude And over the top. Lot of line cutting during tea which is unnecessary. The guests need to work on themselves. Hotel staff was kind and superb. Can’t say enough nice things

the walls are thin. folks staying upstaris made noises both during afternoon nap time and also in the night. i called reception after 11pm. the walls are think hence the noises were loud for people staying downstrais. the hot water in bathroom was not constant. at times, we were getting cold water. the bathroom tissue box was stuck and not giving the tissues out. we had to call room service to fix it. the shower area was not designed properly. when taking shower, water went out of the shower area.

Excellent caring staff. Clean and beautiful property. Nice pool. Very nice surroundings. Well manicured garden. Addition of office space and gym will add value to the property.

Restaurant is very poor service ,nobody there to monitor .Inexperienced staff , it is better to place a floor manger to get organized . Lunch time is 12-3 but it was not ready until 1.30 pm . Cooking take lot of time

Beautiful place. Room views are not all great, but the hotel is on the top of a huge hill and has amazing views overall. Rooms were nice, though one side of the hotel is clearly newer and nicer than the other side. Food was amazing and really cheap at the restaurant, tons of options and a great breakfast buffet. Pool isn't heated, so just be ready for that.

It’s not a five star rating resort. No Gym, no lake as mentioned on Expedia. They don’t have ATM neither they would help exchange any foreign currency. They don’t have a spa or salon. Only 1 restaurant will fixed timings. Rooms were clean no luxury at all. No Bar
