An unexpected experience. The hotel looks a bit worn down but the room was surprisingly nice with a large bed, wide variety of tv channels, great room service food, and a delicious breakfast. Even though I only stayed for one night, the receptionist and hotel staff made me feel welcome. The receptionist went out of his way to help me print out my itinerary for my return flight as I had made the booking via an app. I truly appreciate that gesture. The complementary shuttle to the airport is a plus. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel is very dirty -with dirty commodes , broken wash basins and filthy bed sheets and mattresses . The only good point is that it is close to the airport .
Extremely unfriendly towards customer . They don’t even supply drinking water in adequate quantity without charging . Charges are much higher than the value provided by them.
I Expedia app for the first time - disappointed with your choice of hotels .

the hotel is located close to the airport and offers free drop and pick up. We were staying for a night before our flight so the hotel suited us. Cleanliness was just ok. The breakfast was decent. Staff was courteous even when we told them they need to improve. So looks like it will take some steps to improve. Otherwise our stay was ok.

The rooms are not at all new and sparkling as shown in the pictures. Broken paint, broken pieces and an "old" smell (as when things are kept inside, without ventilation for a long time).
For this price, I expected something much better.
But the breakfast food is realy good and the staff is courteous.

Upkeep is horrible, shower is dirty, sink cracked, curtains have stains, no peep hole to see who is knocking. Front desk not professional.
