I have stayed at the Park several times because of its professional and courteous staff, the nice rooms, and the central location of what I was there for.

We were allotted room in old wing which was smelly. Cigarette smell was prevalent although we choose non-smoking room. Breakfast has limited choice but it was tasty.

Older property but the rooms were great. The bathroom was okay. Overall the property was very well managed and very clean. Staff was polite.

The check-in process took long and was inefficient. The rooms were not clean, had water seepage and felt dark and stale, although the manager changed me to a better room, after complaint. The restaurant food is expensive and nothing special. There are better stay options in Bangalore.

HOTEL IS LOCATED IN VERY GOOD POSITION ON MG ROAD NEXT TO THE TAJ AND OBEROI HOTELS. THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I NEEDED TO COURIER A PARCEL AND ROSHINI AND FELIX WHO I THINK WAS THE DUTY MANAGER BOTH HELPED ME GREATLY. OUR FLOOR MANAGER ON THE SECOND FLOOR SANDIP INSURED THAT OUR ROOMS WERE CLEANED DAILY AND ALL SUPPLIES WERE TOPPED UP. THE HOTEL HAS ALL THE FEATURES THAT A FIVE-STAR HOTEL WOULD HAVE BUT UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS AN OLD PROPERTY WITH OLD FURNITURE AND CLEANLINESS IS NOT UP TO INTERNATIONAL FIVE-STAR STANDARDS. THIS REALLY IS A 4 STAR HOTEL OR AN 'INDIAN FIVE STAR HOTEL'.

Good location. Property requires some upgrades. Work station in the rom needs some adjustment to make it more comfortable.

The stay was comfortable though the hotel is dated. It is an older place and needs a remodeling to compete with 4* .

Hotel is located in excellent position on MG road next to the Taj and the Oberoi hotels. All staff were very polite courteous and helpful at all times. I needed a courier to send a small parcel and Rohini in reception together with the manager Felix very helpful with this issue. Our second floor housekeeping manager Sandip was present every morning and ensured that our room was cleaned daily and assisted with any needs. The hotel has all the features that a 5 star hotel would have but unfortunately this is an old property with dated furniture and looks and is really an international 4star hotel or an 'Indian' 5 star hotel. The hotel needs to be refurbished in a major way for it to be called a 5star hotel.

Very basic hotel. Room had a smell & dirty especially the rug on the floor & was very small including bathroom with very poor quality toiletries. This is not more than 3 star property. However breakfast was enjoyable

Badly needs renovtion

I liked the shopping mall across the street. Dining options were ok. Rooms not clean enough. There is room for lots of improvement.
