Great place to relax

Food service exceptional, room excellent and staff highly professional, personal and customer focused. Beautiful location and environment. Strong recommendation to experience for short and extended stays.

The staff,right from the welcoming team ( who are so careless in even the welcome drink service), right up to kitchen, are all extremely pleasant , smart, but unfortunately, very badly trained. They are in a constant state of confusion whenever any instruction is put to them, hence delay in everything. The food menu is so totally ethnic that the Western guests with us had hardly any choice of food. We finally had to take them out of your hotel to eat. A good property, but if you don’t improve your training team, it’ll be just a mediocre hotel. We were a group of ten on a holiday, but will need to think twice before we return here.

We like foods and restaurantsstuff, however we get assigned to rooms in construction are and many insects Centipedes, my colleague killed 2 of them. Check- out was troubled since our rooms down side of ramps and luggage assistant to help us to check out

Old and dated. Not worth the expensive rates.

One should be very careful while booking this hotel. Even if you have chosen to pay at the property, they charge your credit card 72 hours before. My advise woukd be to avoid this hotel. They are cheats. We checked in late and by that time they charged our cards and also allotted the rooms to somebody else. They gave us a lower category room but did not compensate us. The room was very noisy. Overall a bad experience.

Only issue we faced was lack of good running hot water.

My recent stay at Raviz Kadavu was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite providing early notification to cancel a room, I faced non-cooperative behavior from the staff. Their refusal to accommodate a cancellation request, despite prior notice, speaks volumes about their lack of customer service. The delay in food service added to the frustration. Waiting endlessly for meals is unacceptable, especially when one is on a tight schedule or simply hungry after a long day. This negligence in service reflects poorly on the establishment's management and their commitment to customer satisfaction. To exacerbate matters, the mishandling of lost belongings, particularly books, is utterly disappointing. Not only was there a failure to respond promptly, but the lack of accountability demonstrates a disregard for guests' belongings and their overall experience. Overall, my experience at Raviz Kadavu was marred by pathetic service, uncooperative policies, delayed food service, and unresolved issues with lost belongings. I would strongly advise against considering this establishment for any future stays, as they have failed to meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality.

Stayed one night before flying out from nearby airport! 20 minutes drive to airport; very comfortable room and excellent facilities, great value for money; dinner buffet was good!

The property is really beautiful at a beautiful location on river side. Standard room was neat and clean Staff very humble.Breakfast was good and affordable even through we didn’t have breakfast inclusive room. As it was our anniversary, they made it extra special by simple decorations in our room and a small cake. Pool area was nice too. Spa for me was too expensive so didn’t use. There were no welcome drinks . Check in check out very easy. Boat is too expensive, they should provide a reasonable option. Overall enjoyed my stay.would definitely come back.

The property was great with good rooms , nice service and spa. Lot of staff were very helpful- Frince(Cafe), Aslam and hashiq in front desk, chef prajith, shafique in spa and many more. We were very careful about eating and ate only inside the resort. Still, many in our group got food poisoning by eating in their cafe and suffered a lot. Our entire vacation got spoiled because of it. We couldn’t move out of bed. Very horrible vacation :(

The property needs maintenance. Staff needs training, and also learn to speak English. Rooms are pretty small, compared to the pictures of property online. There was a noice due to bad electric in my room, which kept me awake whole night. The staff doesn't seem to co-operate, but all they ask is 'how do you want to make payment'?.

Very nice grounds; rooms were super comfortable, location is amazing and the staff is very responsive. Food is great as well!

Awesome place and good friendly staff and its really a lovely set up with abundance of natures greenery. Good part is the architect has kept in mind to cut mimimum of trees to make this place. Cleanliness is an area that can be improved
