Rooms and lobby were quite nice. Staff we efficient. Location was not great, but most of Agra is dirty. It is a 10-15 walk to the Taj.

Great, nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. It was very cold when we visited in January and the rooms air con does not have a heater but the staff quickly brought us a portable heater. Location isn’t the best, our driver advised us not to leave the hotel room all day as it could be dangerous but that’s how much of Agra is anyway

The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The buffet breakfast timings are staggered to allow for early leaving occupants and those that wish to have a lazy morning.

The service sucked. The airconditioner didn't work at night, the bathroom flooring was extremely slippery. The food was pathetic. In comparison, the prices were high.

This place looks good on the website but it did not have the same setup in the room, they have to setup separate beds when compared to what we booked for my kids.
We woke up early in the morning at around 5:00 am but to our surprise no hot water for shower.
Later around same day flush was not working when house keeping stopped by they said it takes time for the flush.
Overall management has to look at these small things and correct them if not this may end up bad experience for tourists like us visiting Taj Mahal.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, but the hotel is not in good condition. It needs a complete overhaul - deep cleaning, stains, plumbing, paint, etc. They don’t even have “Do Not Disturb” door tags.

Advertised as a luxury property, it was not at all luxurious. The lobby and entrance are well maintained, but it ends there. Bed linens worn out, upholstery torn and stained. No hand towels. Sink chipped, faucets eroded. No facial tissues. Had to call to have the hot water turned on in our shower. Cleaning trolley left in the hall 24 hours a day. Disappointing. Staff friendly and kind.

First room I was given had broken door lock with constant alarm going off. Second room fridge was so loud I had to find the plug and turn it off, all bathroom furniture super old and rusty, hair dryer not working, only cold water (which was a very unpleasant surprise arriving midnight and wanting to have a quick shower) - no idea why this place says it has 4 stars. Total rip off for the quality - sat away from this place and either spend 1/5 for similar quality hotel or go to one of the real 4-5star hotels

The staff were unable to assist us with almost anything we asked for and it was not until the very last night that they actually had someone there representing a travel company. If all you need is a bed, then it is ok, but beyond that, you should look for some other place.

He travel a lot and do not have very high expectations. We are very flexible and understand many times issues at hotels happened. This experience was fine in all respects nothing was great but the one major problem was that they had no hot water provided other than first thing in the morning and it was a specific request that I had to discuss and beg for hot water. That is not acceptable

Fake 4 star rating, they don’t have basic amenities working like swimming pool is not operational.
Basic toiletries not provided for eg: dental kit.
In-room refrigerator is not provided.
In-room dining : they don’t have Items available on the menu, they said only main course dal roti paneer is there.
Very disappointed, please don’t visit this hotel.
