Stayed 9 nights there in February 2026. The 3* hotel is good value for money and provided very comfortable beds in large rooms with fans and air conditioning. The bathrooms are typically Indian but fully functional. The breakfast provided in Pepper Chino restaurant is superb, with a wide range of options including tea/coffee/juice, fruit, toast, Indian dishes and omelettes, and the Cloud Tavern on the top floor is an ideal place to have an evening meal and a beer or wine. In addition, we found the staff are all extremely helpful. The acid test is would I stay there again? Absolutely I would, without any hesitation!

room and bathroom were clean and nice, but room had smoking smell although i asked for nonsmoking room but thy have all room smoking

Good: Location, friendly staff, working wifi Not so good: Hot water shower is elusive. Toilet is so high one has to climb on it.

Great location, good rooms

El personal fue muy amable, muy servicial y siempre dispuesto a resolver. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, nuevas y limpias. El desayuno es excelente. El hotel está en una parte bastante adecuada para ir a los templos de Kali y Krishna, menos de 15 minutos. Cerca del hotel hay tiendas, restaurantes cadena y centros comerciales. Estoy más que satisfecho y lo recomiendo totalmente.

The hotel was noisy all night long. The staff were in hallways making noise long after 9pm. And called to check my room at 9:30pm. Door handle was loose, toilet did not flush properly and the hot water only stayed hot for less than 5 minutes.

Hyvä hotelli alueella, jossa on paljon muitakin hotelleja ja ravintoloita. Aamupala oli hyvä ja huone siisti. Liikenteen melu kadulta kuului jonkin verran huoneeseen, mutta ei häirinnyt nukkumista.

It was a good and confortable staf. Ths staff were helpful and courteous. The location is also very convenient.

Nice Hotel. Great staff. Good value for money. Standard India hotel issues, not sound proof. Convenient location for food and drink.

Staff was excellent and restaurants were superb. The room was clean but the property is old and could use some renovation. There was only one night where the noise was too loud (at 3am) but one call to the front desk and it was promptly addressed!

Excellent property

Facilities were adequate for my business travel needs. Overall a pleasant experience. The room was clean. AC and hot water were good. Housekeeping did a good job and the staff is pleasant. My only concern was that the bed was too firm due to it being a futon style mattress without a box spring which made it somewhat uncomfortable after a few nights.

I had a lovely stay at the Samilton. The room was clean, with great AC and water pressure in the shower. The 24-hour staff at the front desk was very helpful, giving me advice on using the bus and such. As a young female traveling alone for my first time in India, I felt very comfortable there.

Truly wonderful stay. Very comfortable and clean place. Kind staff.
