AC have no remote and to change temperature you have to call room service who will come and climb the chair to change it for you. Toilet flush is not working properly, need to upgrade.

We had dietary restrictions. The cheff was so accommodating, we had fantastic food. We never went out to eat while we were there. Good job hotel Urmi!

Stayed for a night in Feb'17. Cost was approx. 13GBP. Room and bathroom was very clean. They managed to provide us mineral water bottles even when we asked at midnight. Bed matress was comfortable but pillows were not (personally speaking). Room didnt have windows for fresh air. Didnt use TV or AC. Toilet flush was shut off so had to turn it on manually. Minor hassle.

朝食や夕食は付いていませんが、一人150ルピーで食べられます。 とにかく新築で清潔、この値段で泊まれるのが不思議なくらい部屋も広いです。 シャワールームも広く清潔で、お湯も問題なく出ます。 問題はまず立地 静かな住宅街の中で良いのですが、観光地や駅からは遠いです。 そしてWi-Fi これがとにかく弱い。旅行者には少し痛いところです。 ただそれを差し引いても良い宿だといえるでしょう。おすすめします！

Overall a very great experience. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, bathroom was good. We had our breakfast at the restaurant there. Food was tasty and very filling. Only thing was that this place is ~4km from Har Ki pauri where there are quite a few temples and the Bazaar for shopping. If you have a car with you, then even the distance is not a problem. I would definitely stay there next time I visit Haridwar.

Great value for money

Great value for money - there is absolutely no doubt! The hotel is in a residential colony which is a slight downside as it is away from the city. However, the construction is really good and so are the interiors. The restaurant serves only vegetarian thali and it is similar to a well-cooked home meal. All of us loved it! The service is quicker than you normally see elsewhere.They could provide tea-making facilities in the room as an added feature but its not really important.Transportation is not a problem as autos/cars are available at a short notice.

Hotel staff is very good and co-operative. Room condition is good and food is also good.

Excellent Hotel comparing others in the same category. Hotel in new, very nicely built and decorated. Very courteous staff, every person I came across was ready to fulfill your request. Excellent food for breakfast,lunch and dinner. Our stay was really good. I personally would like to thank the owner of the property to hire such an excellent staff. I ran into big problem which they resolved very smartly. I specifically like to thank Mr.Deshraj, Ms Arti and Mr. Ashish. Please keep it up your good service, I definitely will stay at your hotel when I visit Haridwar again.

This was definitely one of the better places I stayed in India, especially on a backpacker's budget. Very clean, AC, and animal planet in English! Just no wi-fi upstairs.

I had booked 3 rooms for 3 nights at Urmi for me and my extended family.All the rooms were nice clean and comfortable.Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Hotel has an affordable restaurant which serves good Indian food. Only negative is the hotel's location - outside the main city center but easily accessible by taxis and autorikshaws

Excellent in all sense. Excellent Food, Excellent Service, Excellent Room. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Haridwar. Economical in terms of the Price and Food Charges. Staff were of great help in terms of arranging local transport to Station even at 23:30 in the night. Staff were also of great help in terms of arranging taxi services for local sight seeing.

Very good hotel for stay.but far from harki pauri.very clean,good service,peace of mind.

I stayed in room 205.This room has no balconycoz their are a couple of ac's in the back which is supposed to be balcony.the ac sound in the night is loud.The flush in the bathroom is not ok.avoid this room if possible or check before you get in.Rest of the hotel is good specially the food and staff are excellent.

top notch for the price, excellent room, bed, sleep, quiet, service...cannot be beat...location a little far from ghats,,,but without a doubt cost more than makes up plus...QUIET!
