Fantastisch Japans restaurant.

We spent a short 4-5 hours overnight as a stopover for our early morning flight. Ride to the international airport took less than 10 minutes (at 5 am). We would spend a full day and night here if the opportunity presents in future.

Checkin experience was very bad. The room was not ready at 10pm and I had to wait for more than an hour to get in. 0 stars for checkin experience after a long flight.

Large spacious room with a stunning view of the Powai lake. A well stocked bathroom with all amenities.

Great room with great lake-view! However, we ordered a sandwich late night (room service) and were required to pay in cash/card. We were not allowed to put it on the room. My wife and I were extremely tired and were inconvenienced by this. Nonetheless, it was a great room, and I wish we had had more time here. Really good breakfast!

Beautiful property, rooms, gorgeous view, wonderful restaurant. Difficult access as it took long to get an Uber there and other places, outside for shopping or restaurants were not accessible by walking.

Excellent property

Overall it was great. My room was upgraded. Front desk staff seem stressed and need a few more folks to help out. My lake view was blocked partially by the side of another building. The expedia/hotel.com rooms arent the same as the other rooms. Not sure why. Most people book on hotel.com/expedia nowadays. You really need to keep these folks happy! For a 5 star hotel the front desk can do better!!!

Argentino of employees at all leveñs is Excellent . The hotel is outstanding it worth every single penny payed for my stay. Definetely will be back

You should immediately fire your front desk, lost&found, reception and entire operations team. I am having a terrible timewith your management. I had visited Westin to meet my uncle Venkat Raman who stayed with you in room#2322. I stayed in room #2215 from 29th June-30th June. Unfortunately I had forgotten my wallet(with very very important business cards) and was fortunately found by Mr. Raman. Before checking-out(on 2nd or 3rd july) Mr.Raman gave it to your front-desk/reception and informed that I will make an arrangement to collect the wallet. Your front desk has put it an envelope and marked it room#2215. Today(5th July), I had arranged a porter to collect my wallet and this is when my ordeal starts: Point#1: Your phone number that is mentioned on website, gets connected and drops in less than 2 minutes. So next time I call I need to start the entire conversation and only to realie the phone gets dropped Point#2: When the item is found by us and given to your reception, your team misplaced it and are unable to find my wallet. Point#3: I had sent a porter to collect after speaking to your team who mentioned it to collect it from front desk, however when my person reached he was made to wait outside and my wallet was never found by your team. How one earth can you misplace my item when we had given it to you. Even if it is there somewhere there is no process of retriving it easily and people are running helter skelter to find info. Pathethic operations
