Very good stay for economy

Needs to improve the facilities.

The property is old. Food is average.

It's horrible staff not friendly, no parking . Not looking like 3 star .no covid precautions . bathroom taps broken..

I have reached the hotel in the morning. Hotel management has asked me to pay 70percent of my room rent as early check in charges. I was not convinced for the same. So I didn’t check in to the hotel.

taps are broken water is running • next to main road with drainage full mosquito in the room • ceiling fans of the room is not working • foul smell not hygienic in room and lifts un-hygienic up-keeping of the rooms • for breakfast not continental (Bread butter) as mentioned in the booking it is continental only one dish available

The hotel is located near everthing. The staff is friendly and provided anything I requested.

We had multiple issues with our stay .. listing out pros & cons Cons: 1. They gave us separate twin beds in spite of specifically asking for one king size bed when we booked on Expedia (we are family of three, husband/wife/kid) 2. Had to change rooms as they did have availability when we arrived (it was post 12 noon, their check-in time), and the one I finally got had a weird smell. Looks like we got one of the older rooms. 3. The lady in the restaurant had promised us early breakfast, as we had to catch a flight... but when we woke up and came down, nothing was ready and the lady herself was not even available. 'Complimentary breakfast' was useless for us, as we had to leave. Bad part was that they promised to serve early and later did not deliver, else we would have no expectations. 4. Parking space is too small, but somehow can be managed 5. Lots of construction around this location (true for all hotels here) Pros: 1. Had lunch, and the food was really good. 2. We booked 3 rooms, and the other two were much better. Although had the problem of twin beds, when we had asked for one king size. 3. Staff is courteous and responsive, but not professional enough.

They forced me to vacate before check out time water in bathroom very bad muddy bathroom not neat very dirty

Rooms are clean and service is good. Could have has more parking space but with the pricing and the area in which this hotel is located in. We could not ask for more

The Hotel was neatly maintained and the room allotted to me was good. Though hot water was a problem, we managed and it was OK. Complimentary breakfast was Ok. In total the amount paid has bern justified.Good.

Food was good. Staff interaction and communication needs improvement. Room was clean but can be better as furniture and amenities were not very clean. The location of the hotel makes it a good choice.

Very decent hotel, friendly staff, located right on the main road - very easily accessible. Good breakfast. Highly recommend this for people who r travelling on short trips
