From the moment I checked in and they gave me masala tea and biscuits until the moment I left and they told me it had been an honour to have me staying there this was simply one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.
A beautiful breakfast every morning – the menu changed every day as well, so that was really exciting. And the service from Vivek was warm and friendly and the perfect start to every day.
The room was spotlessly clean and had a breathtaking view of the Himalayas.
The hotel arranged some wonderful tours, some great massages and even a rooftop banquet/barbecue one night!
I would recommend anyone visiting Dharamshala to stay at this hotel. Congratulations to Ashok and Manish, and everyone in the team there for running such an excellent venue. I have never been so sad to leave a hotel, and I will certainly be back to visit one day!

The hotel arranged some wonderful tours, some great massages and even a rooftop banquet/barbecue one night!
I would recommend anyone visiting Dharamshala to stay at this hotel. Congratulations to Ashok and Manish, and everyone in the team there for running such an excellent venue. I have never been so sad to leave a hotel, and I will certainly be back to visit one day!

Hotel is nice and staff very polite. A good place to stay but beware if you need a taxi booked in the morning eg 730am do not trust the hotel to arrange. My taxi never arrived, and nobody at the hotel or Treebo help desk were available to assist. By chance found a driver when there were no other cars or people around.
