It was my first time at Trident Nariman Point and i cannot express how much ive enjoyed my stay. Every single staff member made our stay comfortable and memorable. From the person who checked us in, helped us get upgraded to a room with a nicer view as no other king room was available, to Akaash at the bell desk person, who came running to get my luggage as I left the hotel and stood with me till my uber came., to all the restaurants where we dined late in the night due to our usa work schedule, all with a smile, taking great care of us, to the pool staff, gym staff and everyone I interacted with them. Trident even helped replace the chair in my room with an office chair to help me work. I give you a 10/10 and will 100% return.

The staff at the Trident were excellent, probably the best in any hotel I’ve ever stayed. I had an accident in Mumbai and had to extend my stay, the staff looked after me, sent flowers to my room and were incredible in making sure all my needs were taken care of which was most appreciated.

We booked an Executive room for two for me and my daughter in Trident with airport pick. Transportation was accurate very transparent, and the driver was awesome with customer service. We arrived to the hotel. Dharia was waiting for us in the entrance. She took us to the room when we processed our check-in And demonstrated the room facilities and she was super accommodating and nice. This first homey impression created the very special experience I had in this great hotel. The hotel turned to be your home away from home with the best guest services I’ve ever seen again special thanks to Dhria and all the team in accommodating every single request from complementary drop off and assessing us with a questions and guide us through all needed tours and shopping areas. Room in 30th floor was with very nice seaview, clean, light in color and modern. Breakfast is good Location is just great in the middle of everything. Trident nariman point will be always my choice while in mumbai.

Breakfast was superb which was fresh, abundant, and beautifully presented. The staff are the true highlight: attentive, courteous, and always going the extra mile, from housekeeping to concierge. The location is perfect, close to attractions yet peaceful inside. With immaculate facilities like the pool, spa, and gym, The Trident is an oasis of sophistication in Mumbai. I’d return in a heartbeat.
