Hotel facilities mention Spa which according to the staff has been discontinued. The in room tv did not have content loading at all. Staff training can definitely improve.

Breakfast spread seems to be less, other than everything was perfect.

Air conditioner not working properly

Good place for a routine business travel. Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was nice and had good variation in the spread. Best part is that it’s the closest to metro station.

Good stay in Whitefield

Great customer service. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options.

There was no one when we walked in - no security, no one checking baggage, no one at the front desk (eventually one person appeared to check us in) no lights, we doubted if the hotel was functioning. Leaky bathroom was proof of low maintenance. Breakfast was minimalistic and average in taste. Looks like COVID has had a bad impact on this property.

Room was large (I was upgraded to a suite), but somewhat dated. Wooden flooring had gaps and electronic control for shower was broken. Service was excellent, with very attentive staff.

Comfortable room and great stay; Breakfast buffet is decent. Polite staff. Will stay again.

Service was not upto mark

Très bon service, chambres spacieuses, très bon restaurant et très bon petit déjeuner. L'hôtel commence à être vieillissant mais bon rapport qualité prix. La piscine n'est plus en service. Les environs sont en travaux actuellement à cause de la future ligne de métro. wifi très bon.

Nice experience with the stay

The hotel is good with rooms comfortable, however due to the Metro work going on, the traffic is awful in the locality and lot of dust gets kicked up. The complimentary Breakfast spread was good enough and staff were courteous.

Hotel clerks are very friendly with smile. The securities are very supportive who supports me to cross the road.

Most inconvenient location due to heavy construction right in the front of the Hotel. Dusty air all day long

Charged me way too much for taxi because I am a foreigner. Be careful of this if you are traveling from the west. When I reached my final destination the locals could not believe how much I payed for my taxi (arranged by the hotel). They also forgot to pick me up at the airport, so I had to take a taxi to the hotel by myself in the middle of the night, I was upset and they said they would give me a discount for the room, but they didn’t, they charged me full price and then scammed me on th taxi. I would not stay at this hotel, and if you do, be aware that the staff is after your money! They do not care about the people who stay here. Watch your wallet!
