Poor response to queries and request.Half of equipments such as TV wifi and hot watwer were not working or tripping frequently

The staffs are very professional. They are kind and attends to the guest well.

this place is very nice. It has everything that you need. The room is fully equipped. it has a kitchen with induction and water purifier, Study table, dining table, tv, ac and other stuff. you can order groceries and cook your own food. the best thing that i liked was the room service. Workers are so humble and caring. It's a safe location and feels like home. there is Bob's cafe within 100m. The food menu has limited varieties but it's pocket friendly.

Excellent Location. Excellent service. Property is old. Property maintenance is poor. Staff is very friendly. You may get better rooms for this price.

직원들은 친절하고 위치는 정말 편리하고 좋아요. 인디라나가르 중심가에 있어요. 근데 시설이 너무너무 낡았어요. 에어컨 쇼파 침대 화장실 키친 모두 너무 낡고, 수건도 오래되어서.... 그래서 다음번엔 이용 안할듯해요.

Ideal location

Good place and in the heart of Indiranagar, right at 100ft road. Spacious Apt with all that you need for a comfortable stay.

This place gets full marks for location, service and breakfast.

Overall experience is very good. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Location is good. Breakfast menu need to include more dishes but served food was good.

The serviced apartment is a good choice if you need to stay a bit longer. It has cooking facilities. The wifi was good. The overall experience of the studio was good but it does need to be refurbished, especially the bathroom and the furniture needs an upgrade. Locationwise, it is centrally located and gives easy access to restaurants and cafés. Since the building is on a busy comemercial road it is quite noisy. The staff in reception were helpful. Good place to stay in.

People are friendly.... but d infrastructure can be much better.... e.g. sofas were pretty old and stinky.

The stay was ok. There was too much of noise from the next room where there were a bunch of college kids drinking and yelling the whole night. The room was clean but the bathrooms could be cleaner.

Size of the Appartment is very sufficient and comfortable for 4 people except that they don't provide 4 single beds for for people, they only have double bed which they count as 2 per bed; which is not applicable in friends situation. Other than we find it good to sta here, even we stayed only one night then we relocate to other part of the city .. Regards

Reached midnight and called hotel for the address... reception staff was sleepy and asked us to come in tomorrow - horrible experience for check in... apart from that hotel was was not so bad... breakfast options were veery less... money is for the location otherwise not worth it....

We really enjoyed the location with great restaurants and shops. The best area in Bangalore by far.

My wife and I stayed at Tristar for 45 days ending Jan 20th and enjoyed our extended stay. The room was truly a mini-apartment with a nice bed, A/C, and a small kitchen with a stove and pots/pans/cups/utensils, and a mini-fridge. The location was amazing....just steps away from Bflat, Humming Tree, and across the street from Starbucks, as well as several dozen other popular neighborhood eateries and bars. The Indiranagar Metro was a short 15 min walk along the bustling neighborhood. The highlight of the stay was the amazing staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. There were always fresh towels and sheets and the room was always nicely serviced each day when we went out for lunch. There's also a nice little gym upstairs, room deck, and complimentary freshly cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

We booked several nights here spread over two weeks as I was using Bangalore as a hub for travel around Southern India. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is a bit old now in the rooms, the hallways and foyers are lovely. The rooms could do with a refurb, but are still quite serviceable and comfortable. The airconditioning and wireless is superb, and the rooms do cut out quite a lot of the road noise.
