Air conditioner was extremely noisy.

Lo bueno: El trato del personal es extraordinario. Las habitaciones son grandes. El desayuno es muy completo. La piscina es un plus. Lo malo: Las habitaciones precisan una reforma urgente.

Staff issue

Online photos did not match reality. Old broken furniture. Dirty and torn linen. Very dirty and non functional fridge. Dirty, yellow stains in all washroom. Old dirty commode, washbasin and shower. Bad experience.

The property does not look like a 4 star property. The rooms are old and not well maintained. The furniture is ancient. Not worth the price. Only good thing about this property is the location as it's near to MI Road.

Comfortable business hotel

Room service was poor and often did not happen. Not the cleanest hotel in not the safest area

Overall the stay was pleasant. The room was excellent. The breakfast and dinner was good. The staff was courteous. Checkin and checkout was smooth. I was provided early checkin without much wait. The hotel was neat and clean. The hotel is near to MI road and many good shops and restaurants are nearby. It’s also near to many historical landmarks which makes it a best place to stay if anyone is there to explore the historical places.

Stay was good. The bathroom didnt have enough toiletries

Wifi wasn't working half of the time; when we arrived, found bunch of hair in the bathroom rug and the toilet smelled urine. On the other side, good location in the center, nearby tourist attractions, breakfast was ok.

Check-in was long and tedious. Keys to both our rooms stopped working and on one door the lock had to be replaced, so I had to move to another room. Getting it resolved was extremely difficult- had to talk to multiple employees before a manager was finally called. Some staff couldn't or wouldn't help us in the meantime. The room decor is pretty generic. Aside from that, this place is great for basics and convenience.

Don't book this hotel.

Staff really need to be re trained. Very rude and whole hotel is pretty run down.

Great Location. Walking distance to Rajmandir and famous restaurants like Neeros & Natraj .Apart from breakfast everything was ok .

Cosy place but toilets have to have more light. Breakfast quality needs to improve.

Hotel needs repair. Hot water only during morning hours. Loud convention next door.good location for markets.

The hotel was clean. services were average. The best part of the hotel is it's location. you find everything near by.

Checked in 3pm, room not ready although payment was taken immediately. No welcome drink. Finally taken to a room with twin beds, I'd requested a double bed. After discussion with manager eventually given the room I'd booked but again had to wait while housekeeping serviced it. Air con was broken and couldn't be turned off. Robust exchange of views in the bar in the evening when told I must pay for drinks rather than sign and pay on checkout despite signing for room service earlier. Generally the hotel is good, the rooms are big and the bed was comfortable but they need to get the little details right and understand the guest comes first. We stayed three nights.

Enjoyed our stay during vacation in Jaipur and the interaction with the staff was very good
