ITs 3 star property and feel same way .. Food is Ok too

Absolutely terrible Hotel to stay with the most unprofessional service. I booked two Delux Rooms from Hotels.com in this VITS hotel which said breakfast was included. WHen I checked in, I was told, breakfast needed to paid which was Rs.250 per person per day (inclusive of taxes). Television in room was not working. Informed the hotel reception several times and they lend a deaf ear to our requests. Finally one night prior to we were supposed to checkout Hotel staff reverted back to us, saying alternative room was available with working tv and DTH connection. Pathetic...! Several times requested to speak to manager, but no one claiming himself as manager tried to contact me. This hotel clearly runs without a manager and is horribly mis-managed. Pro Tip: Do not ever book your stay at VITS - Sharanam, Thane. Its one of the worst hotels and do not deserve to be in this hospitality business.

shady place, I wouldn't recommend to my enemies. total waste of time and money. the rooms stink of booze and cigarettes. the bathroom has stains everywhere. the elevator, lobby and other facilities need maintenance. the staff is rude, untrained and has no clue about treating guests. lots of strange people lingering around. i had a reservation for 3 days. i checked our the same day, I checked in. what a waste of 200€

Never take the 2nd floor room (my room was 204) it's very noisy and the external focus lights a directed partially inside the room

The stay was good. Housekeeping needs little improvement.

Pleasant stay with good room service

Hotel looks worn out and dilapidated. Service is poor. Bathrooms are stale with poor toiletries. Restaurant food,variety, quality and ambiance is poor. Won't stay again and surprised to see 3 star rating on Hotel.com site.

Helpful staff but can do better with needful training. Vegetation Restaúrent is a plus.

Hotel should have proper arrangement for hot water for bath for 24 hr

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and saw to it that all guests had a very good experience. The restaurant in the hotel serves very good food and reasonable prices, considering the location.

Rooms in the hotel seems to be ok but staffs needs to be more alert to cuswtomer's needs and requirements, more training need to be imparted. Even the breakfast was not upto the mark, hotel restaurant is using the old utensils, cups and spoons and need to give a thought on improving the facilities, add more menu to the breakfast menu. Quality of food also not upto the mark and tremendous improvement is required in order to attract more clients to this hotel.

Nice rooms with great location at the main road. Stayed for a night only. They have four types of themes for the deluxe rooms which gives a variety to choose based on your choice. A little expensive. The only cons was the bed which was a king size, however it had 2 mattresses and not a single.
