this hotel location is near to AP around 10-15 mins by car if there is no traffic jam . there is a strict security when u want to go into hotel feel very safety.and all the staffs are very friendly and nice :)

One time I used the gym, the door would not open to let me out even though I tried the button on the left hand side.
In addition the phone line did not work...

This property is located in sector 10 very close to Dwarka metro station - just 5-7 mins walk. So that is very convinient if you aren’t a business traveler.
The food in restaurant is pretty expensive - 2000rs buffet and 1300 rs breakfast pp. there is a mall being built just behind the hotel. There is a pharmacy and grocery and a tiny cafe in that mall underground. Food is much cheaper there. They don’t deliver to the hotel room. But you can walk easily.
Cab services to hotel are pretty good and staff of professional compared to the Gurgaon property. Security at the hotel is very good. Room services are good.
The hotel has nothing at walking distance. There is a gas station and a tiny pharmacy just outside.
But overall I found this property very good and convenient for travel.

這家飯店是很金碧輝煌,但可惜建築本身老舊,我入住的四天三夜電梯有問題到不了12樓,最後一晚飯店為了陪禮把我換到7樓還給我SUIT套房。房間本身很寬敞很乾淨舒服,但櫃台服務人員沒有什麼笑容,最離譜的是,他們這麼多人站櫃台,但每次只能服務一個客人,所以等待是必須的。
這個飯店距離市區很遠，如果不是在德瓦卡有特別的會議或活動，不建議住在這裡。

酒店工作人员态度不是很好，因为办理入住时间还没到，所以只能先去这家酒店的餐厅吃饭，想等到check in的时间，但工作人员一副我们快滚蛋的姿态，我们东西还没吃完就全收了，问都不问，办理Check in的时候，态度也是不好，速度又很慢！

Expensive and still in construction and renovations and lots of dust. AC vents are spitting out lots of dust and i did complain about it many times to clean it up but that did not happen. My son is asthmatic so he had lots of problems. Waiters and staff were very polite and good. Breakfast was awesome. Response to the calls or request was not best but good.
Convenience was the factor in choosing
They really need to do a lot of work to get it upto a good standard

The check in and checkout process was very long. I needed to wait for an an hour for check in and then also wrong room was provided. The employee at check in were not well trained and they kept on asking stuffs from each other on the process. I came from Dallas to delhi after a 24 hours flight with two kids (infant) . They were tired and cranky but the check in process took forever. There were mosquitoes everywhere in the hotel. Rooms had mosquitoes.
The checkout also took around 25 minutes. The receptionist was not able to charge money from the hold they put on my card and was telling me that they would like to charge again from my credit card and refund the hold after they figure out what’s wrong with the deposit or hold.
