I really liked this place, the staff was very friendly anf forthcoming and food was excellent. The beach access is easy and the beach is absolutely stunning albeit wild. It’s not a 5-star hotel in the european sense but a great space if you want a bit of privacy and peace when visiting Mamallapuram.

A lovely property stretching down to the beach with lovely gardens snd excellent facilities. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was top quality. The swimming pool was great - though a few more loungers and parasols would be welcome at busy times. The room was spacious and comfortable.

This was an excellent property and we had a great time! The breakfast was top-notch, offering high-quality selections. The only issue was a leaking walk-in shower which caused water to run across the bathroom floor, near the toilet.

Outdoor Pool and beach access was excellent.. room was the worst I’ve ever stayed for the price we paid. Though staff was friendly, this hotel doesn’t stay up to ITC standards. I wish if there is a path to refund part of our stay fees..

Very unhappy with the room.
We booked Deluxe Room, 1 Queen Bed (Club Room) however we were given bad room stating hotel has upgraded us to better room. When we requested why we are not given our original booked room, I was informed those rooms are booked and not available on Sat and Sun.
Apart from room rest all were good (cafeterias, pool, beach areas, and service staff)

Do not let waste your money. They will never tell you that they have sold garden for parties and that they are loud and go on until 11 PM. Gym is very dirty. Mosquitoes everywhere. Not even orth the price. Shame that ITC is associated with it

To be honest, I’m still surprised how this is classed as 5 star property. Probably before 10 or 15 years and definitely the rooms and property doesn’t give that 5 star look. AC wasn’t working in Reception, AC wasn’t fully functional in room, no ventilation, no South Indian food, majority of Hindi speaking staff. Pool has no equipments or any kids toys to play with, delayed room service, delayed check out procedures, food is not worth the money we paid for. It was totally a disappointing stay out there. Nothing to like there, sorry

The service and stay is not worth the rates they are charging. The resort called 1 day before asking to delay the check-in to after 4 pm since there was a marriage function that was getting extended. This was not expected as we had informed to check-in by 2 pm since were were driving down. It took more than three calls/follow-ups to get extra bed setup.
