One of my best stays. Me and My family loved the property so much. The cottage 1001(steam view cottage) was best in privacy and large lawn around cottage to play, walk, roam around, seperate outdoor sitout, seperate big camp fire area. Only 1 drawback was driving my small hatchback car, 6 km road we have to drive kind of off road. Many places we have to drive carefully, that's it. My i10 made it without issue but initially I got it in the car bottom, in return, i tackled it carefully, so issues overall. Jeep Safari arranged by zacs valley was very much worth it. Staffs were very friendly.

I had an amazing stay at the ZACS Valley Resort! The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was cozy and clean with stunning views and an amazing location. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. Highly recommend!

One of my best stays. Me and My family loved the property so much. The property is located away from the busy hustle of Kodaikanal town. The villa and property location is quite scenic. Few things they should improve on is maintenance of amenities, food menu and options, staff training and luxury. Take a cue from Club Mahindra resorts
