酒店位於小巷， 距離大街要走2分鐘路， 酒店的職員態度有善 好好笑容， 但房間比我想像中較差， 因為樓下一層沒有冷氣 而且飯桌有很多螞蟻， 樓上房間面積細 通道較狹窄， 以及洗手間的空間細 坐下如廁時 雙腳會撞到玻璃門

整體不錯，最好的是地段方便，去很多景點只需步行15分鐘就可到達，泳池比相片中感覺細了，下層燈光過暗，不能好好地享受陽光，但性格比高，這個價錢是值的，建議不要住接近（接代處）的房，因為上層就是廚房，早上想睡晚一點，有機會被廚房工作聲音吵醒，員工服務態度很好，很親切有禮

酒店環境很好，近機場，附近有很多不同種類的餐廳，力寶同發現商場都很近.服務員非常有禮，我跟太太二人英語不太好都跟我們耐心溝通，私人泳池有自動過濾水系統，很乾淨，酒店服務員很勤力的換蚊香，蚊子很小，非常滿意及推薦入住這間酒店

走出去就是庫塔大街，晚上吃飯跟逛街都很方便，只是在巷子裡，晚上進出最好有人陪伴，大致上服務都很棒，只是泳池的水好像有點髒，身體都有點小過敏。房間裡有小廚房很方便，可以自己煮點簡單的東西，就可以在房間好好享受不用出門。離機場也很近，交通很方便。飲料吧免費，每天都會補齊

The swimming pool is small and not clean.

We paid US$130 for 1 night stay and expected much better services and facilities. However it was totally disappointed. Downstair living room is so stuffy and gloomy. In room private pool is very dark and dim, tiles are slippery & we felt danger to swim in it. Hence you better keep you eyes closed while resting in the pool caused you would only see the rough & unpleasant concrete wall at the side and extended to the top. Not enjoy the pool at all. Upstair bedroom and bathroom layout flow is not smooth. The loose stones on the bath and sink floor, again dangerous caused you would easily lost balance and hurt your ankles. Last but not least, the service. It was very nice that the hotel prepared a pair of towel swans on the bed and some petals for our anniversary on our request. However we only have 2 small facial towels for the bath. Therefore we requested 2 large bath towels while we checked in around 2:00pm. The staff said the towels wouldn't be ready for us until late afternoon because they are waiting for the laundry. Unbelievable, 4 stars hotel service? They suggested we use the towel swans for bath but we didn't want to do it because we want to keep them at least for the night, our anniversary night, please! Then we wait but we still could not get the bath towels at 6:00pm so we called the reception and the staff said the same thing, use the towel swans please. Come on, we don't want to kill the swans! Give us the bath towels!!! The room rate is included, USD130!

酒店位於小巷內，出街口很多便利店，也有食店，房間分上下兩層，下層泳池，上層房間，除了燈光昏暗、冷氣不夠，還有免費接駁巴士，以這樣的價錢，絕對超值

住宿的體驗很不錯，獨棟villa的空間非常大，床也很舒服，住得很開心，晚上check-in太累太晚，點了餐點進房吃，現點現做的餐點速度快而且cp值滿高的。pizza，三明治，兩杯飲料，這樣臺幣約500多。很棒的一項服務!

班機被取消，服務人員幫忙很多，還打電話給機場確認航班，那邊住宿客滿，櫃檯也積極幫忙找住的地方給我們，真的感動滿滿，ㄧ定會再回住！

離waterbom 好近 可以步行便到, 附近亦有很多餐廳 Waterbom對面也有大型購物商場 酒店環境尚可 只是晚上比較多蚊子

是家CP值高的villa,雖然比較現代沒有一般的巴里島鄉村風，整體還是不錯的，早餐也很豐盛。

早餐普通，泳池不大，回飯店時會經過骯髒的小巷，所以不建議女生單獨入住，一樓螞蟻很多，飯店人員親切，有機場接送，整體還可以接受。

整體感覺很好，私人泳池，私隱度高，一班朋友玩得很開心，兩房的房間有3個洗手間，非常好。near by discovery mall, easy to shopping

Just a little far from city. Living room and bedroom seperate is a great idea.

We stayed there one night but an upsetting thing happened. The tube of the bathtub was broken. Water was leaking when I try to turn it on for bathing. One of the Light was out of order and we asked the reception to change it but they said need to wait for another day coz the mechanic had gone back to home. The only good thing is it is close to the town centre.

Very close to everything. Reception staff are the best. Very very polite & always on hand to help with anything. You won’t be disappointed. Very quiet when sleeping. Main pool is amazing. Villa pool is great to,
