Very nice atmosphere They offer all day breakfast, so you can have your breakfast at night even you are in a rush in the morning. But maybe the weather is humid on the mountain so the bed keeps feeling of moist. TV in our room is always no signal. As they let you immerse in a very natural environment, if you are afraid of bugs, it may not be a good choice for you.

Amazing hotel in the middle of the rainforest. If you book their best rooms you will get a view of the pool and rainforest from your balcony which is sensational. I stayed in room 302 which I think has the best view as it’s centralised. Also offer all day breakfast and can be brought by to your room! Staff were amazing. I don’t have even 1 negative thing to say about this hotel. 10/10 from start to finish.

I had a wonderful stay here! The people were truly amazing – always kind, smiling, and ready to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful: in the evening you can hear the most magical sounds of nature, which makes it feel so peaceful and unique. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the location is just perfect – close enough to Ubud, but far away from the crowds and noise. Food was GREAT! The pool is fantastic, and everything about this place made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic experience in Bali!

Excellent séjour, ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle. La suite était spacieuse et propre, la salle de bain donnant sur l'extérieur était atypique et nous avons fortement apprécié. Le personnel est aux petits soins et d'une bienveillance et politesse absolue, mais cela est révélateur de l'esprit général de Bali. Mention spéciale à April, qui fut à l'écoute au sein du restaurant lors des petits-déjeuners, succulents au passage (très copieux ^^). L'hôtel, dans son ensemble, est propre et moderne ; la piscine, comment dire, c'est juste Waouh !! Nous pouvions contempler la jungle sans lassitude, avec de nombreux écureuils qui carapatent dans les arbres :). Info pratique : une navette fait dans la journée plusieurs allers-retours gratuits permettant de rejoindre rapidement l'artère principale du centre-ville d'Ubud (archi bondé). Si nous devions apporter un axe d'amélioration, je dirai le nombre de transats autour de la piscine (très restreint mais dû à la petite surface prévue à cet effet). En bref, allez-y les yeux fermés, votre séjour sera inoubliable à Ubud.

I was pleasantly surprised. There is a lot of attention to detail. The staff were polite and helpful and every request was met with a yes. Breakfast was really good as was the dinner. Very reasonably priced. When I come back to Bali, I will definitely consider this resort first!

Best experience i had in bali !! The staff is very polite and friendly they and they always go out of their way to help you they helped us book transportation even after checking out and at a better price then we got on street so very very good experience!!!

Les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréable. Rien a redire sur le restaurant. Le choix est peut être limité mais les plats sont très bon

Helt fantastiskt hotell!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider durch einige Unannehmlichkeiten geprägt. Aufgrund von Überflutungen mussten wir spontan ein zweites Mal einchecken bzw eine 2. Nacht buchen, was alles andere als reibungslos verlief. Obwohl wir das gleiche Zimmer wie zuvor erhalten haben, mussten wir über eine Stunde warten – und das um 17:00 Uhr, wo man eigentlich davon ausgehen könnte, dass alles vorbereitet ist. Das Restaurant hat uns nicht wirklich überzeugt. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber es wird à la carte serviert, was die Auswahl leider stark einschränkt. Ein Buffet wäre hier definitiv wünschenswerter gewesen. Der Pool ist leider kleiner, als die Bilder es vermuten lassen, was etwas enttäuschend war. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch das Zimmer: Es ist recht geräumig und verfügt sogar über einen Netflix-Anschluss, was für zusätzlichen Komfort sorgt. Der Service insgesamt war freundlich und zuvorkommend, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist.

Chillin, relaxing by the pool and a few day trips to see ubud

Very friendly staff, very responsive. The hotel is nice and cozy, it is a great place for people to relax. Amazing view from the infinity pool. The hotel is a bit far away from anything else, which is the only negative thing.

Alles klopt hier van begin tot het eind. Fijne en ruime kamer, de service, het heerlijke eten en de spa; een verblijf om terug te komen.

Adiwana Unagi is an amazing property... There is a reason they are top rated because they truly cater to the guests... The rooms are huge and the location is great would definitely stay again!

The experience at Adiwana Unagi Suites was splendid. All the staff were more than polite, helpful and awesome hosts. The girls in the Spa were professional and very pleasant. Recommendations to stay here if you plan to visit Ubud.

I had such an incredible experience at this hotel! It's super safe, quiet, and conveniently located near everything. Oh, and the restaurant there? Absolutely amazing! The staff is truly incredible too. They treat every guest like family, remembering names and where they're from. I highly recommend this resort to everyone. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
