Anantara Bali Uluwatu Resort

The room is very large. But all the infrastructures in the room are very old and shabby. I was very impressed by the moldy telephone and small mirror in the bathroom. The toilet is not functioning very well. Poor quality with this price. The room is basically open and a lot of rooms on the same level. The downstairs is the other people’s pool. They start to swimming with kids and play music at 7 am. Wholly xxxx! It’s just like they are in the same room with you. The glass door is useless.

Staff were friendly welcoming and nice, pool and view was amazing. Though the food was slightly disappointing while our resort was undergoing some renovation so it was noisy and many strangers lurking around near our balcony throughout the entire time of our stay. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable!

ANANTARA ULUWATU RESORT JUST ONLY ONE THING WORTHY TO MENTION; that is the view. The breakfast is bad (I have photo to prove, and will post to trip advisor immediately); so many people who are not the guests can directly go to infinity swimming pool (You never can imagine so crowded tourists to here, and just like this hotel is a famous sight seeing) and take photos; and so old facility (already open for 7 years)! And very high room fee! Just one word-“BAD.” DO NOT STAYING HERE JUST BECAUSE OF THE REASON OF OVER-BEAUTIFIED PHOTOS! YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET.

入住時，前堂服務員好有耐性同有禮！ 另外房間性價比高，坐望無敵海景，可以睇到日落！ 餐廳食物種類繁多，尤其是係早餐！ 整體感覺一流！

The hotel is far away from the airport!

The view not so nice,the room's decoration is too old,not worth!But the swimming pool is nice and the spa is good.

We book the highest level room (sea front pool suite) for 2 nights. When we arrive, the nightmare get started. 1. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are just in front of the public swimming pool. Absolutely no privacy because the distance is so near !!! When we ask to change the room, we notice all room has same problem, no privacy!! The staff can't find any resolution. We downgrade the room to suite without pool to have more privacy. However, we can't get money refund or any compensation. 2. In the evening, we notice that there is a couple having "romantic dinner"just below our balcony. We can see everything of them, like in the zoo. Very ridiculous hotel design. 3. After 2 days of terrible stay, we check out and ask for transfer bus to airport. The reception arrange their hotel bus which is double price of the taxi. On the way to the airport, the bus driver use his IPad and mobile phone all the time while driving. Unbelievable!!! The management of the hotel has very big problem. This hotel totally ruin our holiday in Bali. Never spend money on this hotel!!!!

All staff there are really nice and helpful and full of smile on face. The sea view from hotel is brilliant. I had an unforgettable wedding there

Nice breakfast buffet , room facilities and good customer services . But a bit far away from town centre .

酒店環境一流 唯位置偏遠，出入都要坐車 酒店食物及spa一流

房間雖大, 但入房時有陣霉味, 裝修陳舊..... 2千多港幣一晚, 有點不值. 但可贊的是兩家餐廳的無敵大海景.

View from the room is excellent. The room is very spacious as well. And you have lots of choice for breakfast. However, the hotel is located in a quite remote area, and the shuttle bus is infrequent (only one or two per day to the city center in some days (not available everyday). If you don't have a car, it is very inconvenient.

服务有待提高！

巴厘岛很多地方是被污染了，到处是垃圾，沙滩也不在白，而且黑色的。但是Anantara处在悬崖上，左边是情人崖，很美，海水沙滩都很干净，很美。无边泳池也很美，饮食不贵，也很不错。6楼的可以看到海边，无边泳池的可以烛光晚餐。酒店有免费提供车出去玩的服务

设施还在兴建中，所以很多东西都不能玩。不能下到海滩去比较令人吃惊。我们去游泳的时候居然旁边没有提供浴巾，也没有工作人员。景色确实不错，环境也很好，就是有点偏，出去不方便。

Stunning hotel view was amazing, pool area lovely, staff super friendly and nothing was a problem. We loved it food at the hotel restaurants very good.
