This residential location is 8 minutes from the Ice Convention Exhibition (ICE) and 19 minutes from Prasetiya Mulya University, BSD Campus. If you want to shop, don't worry. The location of this residence is quite close to several shopping centres. You can go to AEON Mall BSD within 19 minutes, QBig BSD City within 24 minutes, and 31 minutes to The Breeze BSD City. Ternyata ini kos-kosan dan ada 1 kamar besar itu untuk guest house, ruangannya besar, sprei bersih, lemari ada 2, handuk dan peralatan mandi lengkap, air mineral ada, shower air panas mantap, kasur ga begitu empuk tapi nyaman, wifi ada di dalam, penunjuk arah kiblat ga ada, cuma extend 2 hari harusnya ada fasilitas di bersihkan lagi kamarnya dan di tambahkan air mineralnya, ini tidak ada. Semoga nanti ada perbaikan ya, jadi nanti kalau lagi stay bisa sering-sering nginep di situ. Sukses ya

Kamarnya luas, kamar mandi bersih, dikasih handuk dan peralatan mandi lalu ada aqua botol 2 pcs di kamar. Dekat dengan ICE BSD tinggal jalan kaki sekitar 10 menit. Cocok untuk yang mau nginap setelah konser.
