房間陽台打開就看到餐廳人員有點沒有隱私，但是房間離餐廳和泳池很近也蠻方便的，滑水道超級好玩，小孩可以整天都在游泳池玩～

The location is very convenient that there are so many shopping malls nearby and it is quite near to the airport. Moreover, the facilities are beautiful and clean.

Overall a great hotel, with kids club where parents can drop off their kids, and go do SPA or whatever you want to relax. Really comfortable air conditioning.

Great place for families with kids. Two large pools, a spa, and several restaurants on-site mean you hardly need to leave the hotel. Plenty of shops, restaurants, massage and tattoo parlors are just outside and within walking distance. The airport is only a 7-minute drive, while the water park and Starbucks are about a 7–10 minute walk away. Perfect for a relaxing, lazy getaway.

We stayed at Bali Dynasty Resort in May 2026 for 5 nights and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We liked the blackout curtains, bottled water provided for brushing our teeth, and all the little extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. A really thoughtful touch was the daily activity list displayed on the bathroom mirror, letting you know what activities were happening around the resort the next day. The staff were incredible - friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The restaurant food and 24/hr room service was delicious every time we ate. This resort is truly made for kids. There were pool games, waterslides, multiple pools, a kids club, games, movie nights, and plenty to keep kids entertained the entire stay. The only downside for us was the bed being quite firm, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Aside from that, we had a fantastic experience. We would absolutely recommend Bali Dynasty Resort and would happily return ourselves.

Everything was absolutely perfect for our family of 5! We are already planning our return next year.

A fantastic family orientated hotel staff were super helpful and accommodating, food was exceptional The pools were clean and kept to a high standard. There was always something for the kids to do. there was plenty for the adults too would definitely recommend. Will definitely be back.

The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful, they have little touches of things that make you smile. The rooms were basic but so clean (who wants a luxury room when you’re there for an adventure) The food was amazing from their buffet breakfast to their room service.

Highly recommend this hotel for the kids club was great my kids loved this hotel for that reason. The hotel itself is a little older but staff were all super friendly. Location wasn’t the best for us as the pathways near the hotel weren’t good with a pram.

The rooms and facilities were clean. Staff were exceptional and very accomodating with children. The resort was very kid-friendly, enabling us to relax. We will definitely return!

Everything was great apart from my 4yo finding casual tablets on the floor in our room and attempting to put them In his mouth. I advised reception, and showed photos.
