I made a booking for two rooms. One room had a great experience, but the other one had a bit of a struggle in the bathroom area; some parts didn't work well, but the staff quickly fixed the problem. Good service from all the staff.

Lokasi bagus, staff ramah, saya kesekian kalinya selalu menginap di sini.

Good hotel, clean and big room, nice swimming pool, but hotel inside lorong and only can fit 1 car.

Good location but the hotel inside Lorong, which is only fit for 1 car. Big swimming pool, rooms are big enough and clean but no lift here.

Pelayanannya cukup memuaskan. Hanya saja receptionistnya kurang berpengalaman karena baru. Jadi ada kata-kata yang menyinggung dan terkesan memalukan jika didengar banyak customer.

Great stay, great staff, was definitely worth the experience in a prime location. Even assisted me with a bike rental to get around the island! Great setup.

Tidak bisa merokok walaupun di outdoor, parah banget.

Best location the staff are very friendly. 1. Room is huge nice very comfortable. 2. Bed little soft but very comfortable 3. Unfortunately the AC was not really cold. 4. All area very clean meaning the staff taking care of the property. 5. I forgot her name but thank to the ladies who in charge that time she ' s very kind help us upon check in and check out. 6. The food is just a normal better to make innovation and very small portions.

Nhân viên khách sạn rất lịch sự và thân thiện. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ. Địa điểm không phải trung tâm lắm nhưng di chuyển cũng khá ok, ko vấn đề gì cả. Khách sạn ở trong sâu nên khá yên tĩnh. Tuy nhiên sẽ hoàn hảo hơn nếu khách sạn nâng cấp thiết bị trong phòng tắm vì đã khá cũ và nên bỏ gương chiếu thẳng vào giường, thêm dép đi trong nhà

Pengalaman menginap 2 malam disini, kamarnya bagus, luas dan staffnya ramah. Dapat dekorasi honeymoon seperti di gambar.

The accommodation looks exactly like the picture, even better. The location is perfect. Check in process was fast and helpful. The room is spacious. Breakfast was just okay. Overall I had a pleasant stay. However, the check out time was too strict, at 12 they called me to quickly move out. This is the first time I feel like being kicked out.

This is my second time choosing to stay here. The location is superb, and the room is spacious, wifi is great. But this time, there 's super awful smell from bathroom, and the staff keep doing something that clearly doesn't work cause the smells is still there. I ask them to change bed sheet, and clearly they decide to not do it, so I can smell the strong perfume from bed sheet and pillow sheet. It makes me wonder do they really change the towel since I put all of that bed sheet, pillow sheet and towet at the floor.🫣. And they only give you one key to the room, so be careful with your gadget and electronic when you leave the room. I stay at C101.

Excellent stay in the heart of Seminyak area-super convenient and short 5min walk out to eateries outside. Right beside the popular Livingstone cafe. Very clean and well maintained, room was also spacious. Highly recommended!

Senang banget nginep di sini, lokasinya strategis banget, memang agak masuk ke dalam, keuntungannya adalah suasana tenang dan tetap dekat cafe di Seminyak. Ruangan luas dan nyaman, wifi cepat, staff ramah dan sangat helpful. Paling kalau bawa mobil, parkirannya agak susah, dan ngga ada lift. Penginapan ini juga bebas asap rokok.

1 Kamar isi 3 orang, sofa so comfy + bersih. Resepsionis nya ramah banget bintang 10/10 very recommended for their service such good and amazing people. Bisa sewa motor di hotel also affordable semua, Sodara ada yang ketinggalan hape di salah satu resto deket hotel dan they kindly nawarin kita for a ride/help. Truly the best stay with them ever!

Hotel semi villa sih ini, cozy banget berasa nginap di villa, kamar nya bersih, luas, karyawan ramah-ramah, lokasi strategis, harga standar untuk dapat kamar seperti ini worth it banget deh 🫶
