Land Transfer Arrangement: Please approach our friendly customer service officer at the arrival hall in BBT Ferry Terminal. He/She is most happy to assist you upon your arrival.
Check in time is from 15:00 hours and check out time is at 12:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to room availability upon check-in

Participation in any activity is not without risk which may result in injury or even death. The hazards include risk of injury from rental equipment, rocky coast, uneven terrain exposure, animal/plant life, and other people in the vicinity. By proceeding with this booking, I hereby represent that I understand the inherent dangers of any of the activities offered by PT Alam Indah Bintan (Nirwana Gardens) and am aware of the risks involved. I hereby release and exempt PT Alam Indah Bintan (Nirwana Gardens), its operators, directors, agents, shareholders, officers and employees (hereinafter called Released Parties) from all liability for personal injury, property damage, wrongful death and cause of action of any kind caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Released Parties, or arising from the rental or use of the equipment or howsoever caused, any claims, demands and liabilities of any kind whatsoever (including legal fees and medical evacuation costs) arising from the accident or injury.
