Sebenernya sudah sering ke apartment ini tapi baru sekarang coba pilih via Travelio. Ternyata ada beberapa proses lain lagi yang harus dilakukan, download aplikasi, login dan perlu data double (yang seharusnya sudah ada di aplikasi) dan ini tidak ada sangkut pautnya sama receptionist karena sudah beda operator. Bad point-nya pas waktu nunggu proses penyerahan kunci, lama bos, diminta nomor kontak yang pegang kunci pun katanya tidak punya nomornya. Kalau memang tidak langsung ikut apartment/hotel sebaiknya jangan digabung sama aplikasi lah, toh operator/systemnya beda. Biar tidak bikin bingung orang-orang macam saya. 😋.
