Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud

這飯店的性價比很高，含早餐及spa服務，但距離烏布市區需要坐車5-10分鐘，飯店交通車固定1-2個小時才有，出入不便。除非你不介意走20分鐘狹宰的鄉間小路。遇到一次下雨時車未準時出現，打了兩通國際電話，詢問飯店前台，但服務小姐毫不在意，那時對這家飯店的評價馬上下降。 This hotel has good price value, the staff is friendly. Only one thing not so convenient is there are nothing besides hotel, if u wanna go to Ubud downtown takes 5-10 min by car or walk around 20 min through a small county road. Hotel shuttle going to downtown every 1-2 hours, but unpleasant experience is sometimes they will miss the time and even when it’s raining and you call through international call, the front desk lady doesn’t care.

價格OK，住宿環境很不錯，雙床房的床很大，和照片看到的相同，附贈的礦泉水是大罐的，覺得很好，小小可惜的是我住的雙床房間只有淋浴設施，沒有可自由沖洗的蓮蓬頭(但朋友的大床房有)，接駁車班次偏少，11點沒有，要事先和櫃檯預約，回程也要記得預約。走到烏布皇宮約15~20分鐘左右，下坡路段不算難走，早餐的部分是可以單點的，雖然和想像的不同，不過還不錯。服務人員大致都很不錯。

這間渡假酒店距離皇宮約20分鐘步程，雖然有酒店shuttle, 但配合不了時間，就徒步走往市中心，路不難走，幾悠閒。酒店房間幾大，床很舒適，浴室乾濕分開。白天，自然光從浴缸上方的磨沙玻璃透進，好舒服。酒店的早餐品種適中，味道不錯，room service價錢不貴，味道都好好。泳池有两個，一個1.4米深，一個供小朋友玩。酒店的按摩太舒服了，對住稻田，聽著鳥語風聲，值得一試再試。酒店也提供很多活動，我們參加了徒步行稻田，約行1.5小時，途上風景美呆了！見到稻田，森林，除了記得著波鞋，還要記得帶錢包，途中有畫店和紀念品店，在這裡買無烏布市集的催逼。下次有機會再入住，我會參加烹餁班同瑜珈課。

Excellent service and kind staff, this hotel is one of the best experience during my past stays in Bali. Good breakfast, well-maintained cleanliness, beautiful room and poolside view, gym, spa-service, quiet environment, wake-up aside with bird's singing. 15-mins walking to the Ubud busy center.

夜中に別のお客さんがプールで騒いだり、TVの不調があったけど、スタッフがしっかり対応してくれた。無料の自転車を借りて助かったが、ブレーキが効かなくて、急な下り坂は怖かった。これは整備した方が良いと思います。

Amazing spacious garden view room. Very clean facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. If I was to nit pick, mattress was a bit hard for my liking.

Sehr angenehmes und ruhige zentrumnahe Hotelanlage mit schönem Pool, freundlichem Personal, reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundlichem Personal. Shuttleservice zum Zentrum, geht aber gut zu Fuß.

It was centrally located to most of the tours I explored during my stay in Bali. The hotel was clean, staffers were warm and very helpful

The hotel is located in the jungle ravine. The staffWe're wonderful and the breakfast was very good. We are canadians in the middle of a dark winter and we were put in the basement room.That wasn't very light and bright. That is the only thing they could have improved on, possibly having a better room.

We really enjoyed staying at Best Western. The staff was really kind and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was great as well.

Convinient place to stay in central Ubud.

Gran experiencia. Los hoteles en ubud no se caracterizan por gran limpieza y este hotel tenia todo. Atención del personal, limpieza, instalaciones, ubicación, un shuttle sin costo cada dos horas al centro, el desayuno muy variado….
