Beautiful villa very large and comfortable and staff were excellent.

It was average — property needs a little revamp. The staff was amazing tho.

Great location, villa was very ill managed, and outdated, needs alot of maintenace. No water pressure sometimes to use sink or flush toilet, had a damp smell throughout.

The location is awesome. Walking distance from a ton of things in town, shopping, food, activities, beaches. The entryway and pathways to the villas were stunning. Lots of growth and water features. It was very pretty. The privacy of the villa is great as well! We loved having the private pool and the outdoor sitting area to hangout. We were not bothered at all with bugs even though some other reviewers said they were horrible. Our experience was pretty much completely void of bugs and the staff fumigated every single night in the whole villa and also lit mosquito repellant burners outside on our patio. The staff were quick to clean up in the mornings, often knocking on the entry door before 10am. The cleaning was ok, the floors and walls of the place could use some love. The cabinets throughout the villa were worn and difficult to open and close. It's clearly an older establishment and I imagine it would've been absolutely breathtaking in it's day. That being said it was still beautiful. We can get passed the small things. There was one specific thing we found bad. The wooden deck around the pool. It's less of a deck and more of a liability. We barely wanted to step on it. All of the boards were loose and wabbled. Many of the nails were sticking up because the supporting joists underneath are rotten. We actually used a rock from the garden to knock down a bunch of the nails on our first day. The deck needs to be fixed before someone gets a nail through the foot.

The place was abit run down in kitchen improvements need attention it rained and leaked in kitchen bathroom but with fixing would stay again handy location

The villa was in a great location regarding amenities. However, I was definitely overcharged for this property. It was built over 20 years ago so needs massive renovation. Tiles were missing from the pool, the decking was broken the bathroom wasn't clean, hair in the bathroom from previous guests. The list is endless but more positively the staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable.

location was amazing only a 5 min walk to main street, breakfast was delicious that they came and cooked for us. the villa wasn’t as clean on the outside, bedroom was very clean and bed comfortable. we did have a bat problem of it visiting every night that left a mess. lots of wildlife getting into the villa as it is inside - outside living

Place has definately had its day and very tired. Great private pool and attentive staff. Loved the thatched roof. Aircon worked well. Just needs a good freshen up and would be 5 stars.

This place is amazing the villas are fantastic and the staff are amazing. Only down side is the plumbing, toilet and shower heads need some work. Would still highly recommend

Generally we had a “nice” stay. Not amazing, not terrible. The property is a bit run down feeling, and the attention to detail is lacking. The photos of the property online would have been when it was brand new and it doesn’t look like that now. If you don’t look closely then it’s nice. Eg. The outdoor bathroom is cool, however the toilets aren’t secured to the floor so the shift when you sit on them, the shower doesn’t drain so you’re standing in 2inches of your own shower water while you wash, the floor in the shower wasn’t cleaned, no hand towels, the air conditioning unit in one of the rooms smelled weird and musty despite being cool, towels often a bit marked. The breakfast cooked in the room was nice, however despite the staff having a key to the room they’d bang like crazy on the door and scream at the top of their lungs “HELLO BREAKFAST” again and again until you woke up and got out of the bed to let them into the villa. Then they’d cook the food while you might have dozed back off then they’d bang on your bedroom door screaming HELLO BREAKFAST again again again. Just super unnecessary and not a calm way to start the day when you’ve booked the breakfast for a certain time, and they could just let themselves in to cook. We made a note for them to let themselves in in the future rather than waking us up on arrival and then again once it was ready which they did listen to once, but then the loud banging/yelling wake ups continued. Late checkout payment seemed dodgy

If your happy with a good bed, clean pool and decent villa then you can have a great time.

The staff were very courteous and helpful.

For what price we payed excellent value. Shower was great aircon great bed very comfortable the only downside is the villa is tied and needs to be updated especially decking around the pool

The description of the property was not quite correct. There is no restaurant or kettle or coffee machine. The first room we had was close to the road so very noisy. We relocated further away and it was a bit quieter. Towels were not that clean and stained. However the staff were extremely nice and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, even changing rooms.
