这里是个很棒的度假胜地，适合家庭出游。

一切都很好，除了空调不冷，房间仍然不能使用智能电视

工作人员非常友好和专业

友好的员工。房间干净，景色美丽。

漂亮又舒适。但食物有点不足。希望它可以变得更好。

So nice, semua karyawan hotel ramah, makanan enak, kamar bersih, kolam renang nyaman. Monyetnya juga pada mainan, lo😂

Tolong untuk AC di kamar diperbaiki panas dan gerah di mlam hari. Lalu kolam renang berlumut parahh, rambut kami sekeluarga kering kayak di sasak.

Nanti dateng lagi, ok banget buat staycation family🩵 🥰

Staf bagian CS kurang ramah. Pintu kamar renggang, bisa diintip dari luar kalau lampu kamar hidup. Kulkas tak berfungsi.

Pelayanan ramah, lokasi bersih. Pelayanan staf massage oleh Kak Devi sangat ramah, enak dan nyaman.

This is the worst place, the resort should clearly write information in their traveloka regulation that the beach is forbidden to swimming so we don't need to purchase to the place, we dissapointed after we reached there, and asking if we can swimming in the beach or not, the resepcionist said cannot its forbidden, but in the same day and next day we found out there have other guest swimming in the beach meanwhile the red cross sign telling forbiden swimming, and the day we check out we ask about it to the recepsionist (different guy), and he said can swimming but not too far just in near sand, so it is not consistent, not fair for different guest, if you make rule please make sure all the guest has the same thing to follow. First day we found that the bed is not clean, red spot like blood on sheets and other stain in pillow, it is dirty, the glass for brushing teeth was dirty, the water of shower smell bad, we though it was from drainage but when we try pouring mineral water into it, it is not smell anything, so yeah again it came from shower, we have complain about the red spots in sheets and the staff fast response, we request to change the room but we checked the room first is not so good so at the end we stayed the same room and ask for cleaning then change the bed sheets, the breakfast at first day was good but when it comes to get orange drink, I found dead flying inside the drink so I left like that near to the tower drink to make sure the staff can see it, The good thing is:-restaurant for dinner and lunch, they have good food.-restaurant staff kind and friendly.-breakfast 2 days was good.-the view was pretty. But won't visit again and not recommend to anyone.

Pelayanan oke, kamar bersih, tempat menginap yang menyenangkan. 👍.

Pada saat check in receptionist diberi tau kalo dapet dinner 2 pax dan breakfast 2 pack, 2 jam kemudian dikasih tau kalo kami hanya dapat breakfast 2 pax saja, ini menunjukkan kalo receptionist tidak profesional cek detail pesanan tamu. Lantai kamar mandi ada bekas jejak kaki. Menu breakfast tidak banyak variaan dan rasanya hambar. Kolam renang kotor. Dari semuanya ini dengan harga yang kami bayar tidak sebanding.

Impressive. The chicken burger not good at all.

Staff ramah, suasana oke banget. Semoga kami kembali main kesini.

Untuk yang mau menginap di sini, pilihlah kamar yang deluxe, view kamar yang langsung menghadap laut.

Untuk healing, bulan madu enak banget di sini. Hembusan ombak, angin pantai ngangenin hihi. Untuk serapan biasa aja, tidak banyak macam makanan berat. Lebih ke makanan kampung tradisional, ada rebusan jagung pisang gitu, bubur kacang ijo. Menu berat nasi bihun sayur tumis kacang oanjang wortel, pempek/bakwan sayur potong kecil-kecil, enak aku suka. Salad sayur, buah, omelet, air, jus, kopi, teh pasti ada.

So far, the hotel was very good. The area [was] very clean and the staff [was] very helpful. The only [thing is the] breakfast need[s] to improve, but so far the resort was very good. We will come back to the resort.
