Nice place, top service, we will come again.

Akomodasi ini sangat buruk. Saat kami masuk hotel, ruangan hotel bau. Kulkasnya bau. Lemarinya banyak debu. Wastafel kamar mandi ornamennya rusak dan lapuk. Balkon berandanya yang seharusnya ada kursi mengahadap laut juga rusak. Kayunya sudah banyak yang terlepas sehingga balkon beranda ditutup dan kami tidak bisa menikmati laut dari beranda, hanya dari jendela. Hotel yang material utamanya kayu sudah tua dan tidak terawat. Kami komplain kepada manajer hotel namun responnya kurang baik dan lama. Manajer hotel malah bilang, kemaren ada tamu tp baik-baik saja tidak ada komplain. Jawaban yang tidak solutif dan tidak menghargai tamu. Hari berikutnya handuk di kamar tidak diganti. Manajemennya terasa sangat buruk. Bukankah housekeeping harusnya ada checklist saat membersihkan kamar sehingga tidak ada yang terlewat. Kemudian sekali lagi kami komplain ke manajer hotel tetapi malah manajer hotel tidak mempercayai komplain saya dan bersikeras kalo handuk di kamar sudah pasti sudah diganti. Kemudian hari terakhir saat kami makan pagi, house keeping menyapu lantai telat di depan kami tamu yang sedang makan pagi dan otomatis debunya kemana-mana. Sungguh pengalaman buruk bagi saya, mengingat harga kamar yang dibayar sekitar 1.5 juta lebih. Tempat ini tidak layak disebut hotel, tapi lebih tepat disebut homestay yang harganya maksimal 500 ribuan. Semoga pelayanannya bisa diperbaiki kembali.

Akomodasi dan fasilitas sesuai dengan yang di tampilkan. Sarapannya enak. Service excellent. Bila ada kesempatan, kami akan datang kembali.

Wonderful hotel with its private beach

Hotel sangat lucu, 1.extra bed awalnya 200 ribu berubah menjadi 250 ribu 2 ditanyakan breakfast western atau indonesia ditanya menu tidak tau 3.gm nya nyolot terpaksa saya suruh keluar kamar 4 tidak boleh makan di kamar dengan alasan ada monyet,lah kamarnya ditutup bagaimana ada monyet,ini hotel atau tempat bertapa 5.sewaktu check out tak ada resepsionis sehingga tamu harus ngertiin manajemen, pokoknya ribet dan tobat nggak ke situ lagi.

We had a great stay at Breve Azurine, despite the COVID19 crisis. The accommodations are super clean and have a delightful Indonesian feel to it. Sitting on the balcony and overlooking the ocean is a delight. Resort staff could not be any friendlier, going out of their way to make you feel welcome and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Finally, the food is varied, freshly cooked, and simply delicious, especially the Indonesian dishes. We highly recommend Breve Azurine Lagoon Retreat!

Beautifull place,like a nirwana nice view

Worth of every cents that we spent in this amazing place on Karimun Jawa Island. Not only the excellent services that they offer, the place and the view is so beautiful that we actually almost did not need to go anywhere else while staying on the island. Breve Azurine Lagoon which named after the local bird of karimun jawa by the indo-french couple owners, offered a classic and unforgettable experiences. Awesome service was provided the moment we walked out from the Dewandaru airport. Pak Pipit, the driver has stood by in time prior to our departure, along the journey to the resort he shared us some stories about Karimun Java legends. The service did not stop there. Mba Octa who had been very helpful arranged our trip there also stood by in time welcoming my husband and I at the gate to the cottage. She was accompanied by her colleague and walked us to our cottage and giving information about the room, facilities that they provided, activities, things to do and etc. The cottage bedroom is not only cozy, fully equipped with Wifi, refrigerator, TV in a right size of a living room, but also decorated with classic and unique touch of art. The bathroom was another Wow point to mentioned. Loved every single nature touch and art they built and placed there. Hot water in the bathtub run well. The tap water is drinkable after boiling it in the jar they provided. Every single staff, deputy and general managers we meet were very polite and provided genuine excellent service for each guess needs, offering end to end services. There are more awesomeness we found at Breve Azurine, the views, the restaurants, the cafe etc. For sure we will come back soon and even bring bigger groups to make sure others can have a taste of little heaven on karimunjawa island.

Nice view, nice beach and nice room. The staffs are also nice. But it’s too strict in terms of occupancy. Even small children, they’re counted as 1 additional bed 😐. Check out time is 9:30am 😅

Unfortunately I was only there for four days, but while there I did some scuba diving, enjoyed the local food in the village, and just relaxed at the Resort. It is a fantastic property and a perfect getaway for both couples looking for a Romantic time or Families. The Staff was always friendly and helpful, and when I had issues my contact, Simon, was a great Resource and always tried to find a way to satisfy me. The food is very good there as well. You can basically just eat at the Resort and never go to the Village, but I recommend also trying the local food there as well. It is important to remember that the Resort is basically surrounded by Tropical Rainforest and Jungle, so expect to combat insects and pests occasionally. They supply each Cottage with a Flying Insect Spray, which proved very effective. I had a series of stories I documented with videos concerning a pesky Gecko. He basically thought he owned my Cottage. Finally on the last night, the Staff put together an all out assault on his Domain in the Rafters of my Cottage. It was very amusing in the end. I highly recommend coming to Karimunjawa and stay at Breve Azurine Getaway. Keep in mind that the flights to/from the Island are limited, so adjust your plans accordingly. Also bring plenty of Indonesian Rupiah with you, as ATM's are not plentiful, and you may have to pay cash for Overweight luggage if you bring your own dive gear like I did.

Suasananya tenang, pemandangan langsung ke laut, indah, sejuk, sangat cocok untuk liburan keluarga atau honeymoon. Saya berencana akan kesana lagi bersama suami untuk honeymoon part-2.
