完美的客房設計及舒適周到度，可以待在villa一整天都不用出來。休息，看書，發呆，用餐，游泳，SPA，Yoga，曬太陽，看星星，是我近幾年住過最舒適的旅館。服務更是好的没話說，每一位員工都會適時地關心你及協助你訂餐及景點的介紹。絕對值得推薦。

Excellent service and great location for relaxation

This is my celebration trip with my wife in Bali, we choose Bvlgari Resort Bali as its famous brand name. Unfortunately, there are 2 matters that deduct the hotel: 1. For at least a month pre-reservation, I had confirmed that there should be a celebration cake at my celebration dinner, the staff forgot and I asked after return to the villa, they need to check. As that night was too late (around 10:15 pm), we decided to have it at the dinner at next day. 2. During the dinner the next day, accidentally, the waitress drops the olive oil on my wife's head and dress carelessly. After all, the assistance front desk manager and the restaurant arrange the free laundry services and some souvenirs to us. We are satisfactory their service. In fact, the hotel staffs are very nice and the environment of the resort is really impressive. It will be a perfect hotel if there was no such accidents happened.

不要带小孩去，没有任何活动。服务很好，但是酒店景色已经不是bali最好的了，而且酒店内都要上下山坐车很不方便

這次旅行我共入住了巴厘島水明漾W酒店,峇里金巴蘭灣四季度假村,烏干沙悅榕莊,寶格麗度假酒店,每一家酒店在我一到游泳池服務生都會馬上幫客戶鋪上毛巾在座位上,可感受到以客為尊的感覺, 唯有寶格麗度假酒店游泳池服務生丟二條浴巾在我座位上就走了, 還會糾正我英文發音不正確, 可能要入住寶格麗酒店要英文多益成績700分以上才能入住吧, 也因為這樣,這是我這次旅行唯一沒給服務生小費的地方, 我根本不想給這種人一毛小費, 我想這種在峇里島住宿最貴的酒店但服務品質比不上四星酒店的品質我以後不可能再花冤枉錢入住, 我將再次造訪其他我住過的酒店.

服务上来讲没有特别突出 但整体来说确实impressive 感受一下很值得 最基础的房间也是300平米 超级大的卫生间 私人游泳池 私人沙滩 整个园区很大需要坐管家开的小车车才可以 管家也是随叫随到 晚餐时间管家知道我们是蜜月还送了瓶香槟

不方便，去哪儿都要叫buggy车。酒店其实设施很少，去沙滩居然还有时间规定。服务生很关心人，但要不停地和服务生客套，摸钱包付小费，累。

Staff service is excellent. Food is up to standard but the Italian restaurant is a bit over price. But seem the chemical for swimming pool is a bit over dose, my skin is a bit allergy.

总的来说，还算满意。海景很美。酒店餐厅的出品相当不错，且价格不算太贵。但应改进以下几点：1/应根据客人需要提供免费来往机场的Shuttle.毕竟酒店的价格这么贵。2/房间的卫生打扫应及时一些。

The hotel is definitely a nice hotel, however, it seems to be on the wrong side of the hill. It is not as sunny as the other nice resorts that we have stayed. The gift shop is a must to visit. The room space is ample but hot warm. The bathroom layout is not comfortable. The tub in the middle of the bathroom becomes uninviting. Overall it is worth visit but necessary worth staying.

Our experience at this resort was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The personal service throughout our stay was exceptional — every team member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. A special highlight was the butler service, which added a truly luxurious touch to our vacation. Attentive, discreet, and always one step ahead of our needs — our butler (Mr. Dewa) made everything effortless and enjoyable. The resort itself is immaculately maintained. Every area, from the rooms to the poolside and restaurants, was spotless. Cleanliness clearly has the highest priority here, and it did not go unnoticed. We left feeling completely relaxed and pampered. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier service in a pristine, elegant setting.

Unbelievably stunning!!!

Stunning view over the ocean, comfortable room, extremely well kept gardens with beautiful flowers, an extraordinary swimming pool and tasty complimentary snacks during the day. Very good food and service. The only big disappointment: the funicular wasn’t working, so we were unable to go down to the beach and to the seafood restaurant down there. And we were only informed about it a few days before checking in, while we were already in Indonesia.
