My family and I are very impressed at the amazing service rendered here. Staff are always ready with a smile, whenever our private hire reaches the hotel, staff at the entrance will never fail to open our car doors and help us with our items. Front desk is friendly, greeting us and smiling whenever we walk past. We had our flight arrive early on the day of check-in, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel to grab breakfast. The hotel has a lovely lounge area which is spacious and comfortable. They were kind to allow us to check-in early at 12pm. Hotel has kid-friendly activities such a tote bag painting and DIY slime making, as well as an indoor playground in the meeting room. The pool facilities were clean and well-managed. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety that changes daily. There's a live egg station and empty dishes were cleared promptly. Feedback was sought from management about the food and any dissatisfaction was almost immediately worked upon. Housekeeping team was very friendly. One of the housekeepers, Cindy, folded a crab out of a bath towel for our young children. They loved it. We appreciate the extra service given by her. Room was always tidied up well, with the kitchenette in the room, we did not expect our dishes to be washed, but they were. Thank you Citadines for providing our family with such an amazing stay. We will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others, especially for those with young children.

Pilih 2 bedroom executive dengan bathtub di master bedroom. Pilihan tepat untuk bepergian sekeluarga dengan 2 anak yang kalau gabung kamar kesempitan, tapi belum bisa pisah. Terpenting ada mesin cuci dengan dryer, jadi pulang tanpa cucian. Kolam renang lumayan banget buat olah raga dengan panjang 25 m. Ada jogging track dan kebetulan Minggu pagi ada yoga. Untuk breakfast cukup lumayan, pilihan terbatas tapi rasanya proper. Overall, it’s a good decision to have a family staycation in here.

It was generally satisfying experience thanks to the employees' kindness and hard work. But I smelled a bit unpleasent thing from the blanket. I am not sure of where it came from, but it would have been better if they had cared about hygiene and smell. Except that, everything was hard to be complained.
