Laura, the guest relations officer was fantastic. Handled every need we had. Was impressed with flowers and cake with our names spelled out in flower pedals and vines. Was a beautiful and clean facility as was the whole complex. Many stays at hotels in Gili and this was the best. Will always reach out to Laura when we plan to return. Best Guest Relations Officer we have ever met anywhere in our tld travels. Got to stay in this hotel if in Gili.

The resort is beautiful! It was perfect for our honeymoon. They were so accommodating and always ensured we were having a pleasant stay!
We had a slight drainage issue in our shower - they immediately investigated the issue. Laura the manager was so lovely. She personally came to apologise. The hotel couldn’t do enough! We would definitely recommend this hotel. The customer service is second to none :)

This place is amazing. Serene. Great location for sunsets. Beautiful property grounds and rooms. The food is amazing. The spa is something you should do everyday. But the service is particularly standout. Nicest warmest friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. Special callout to Laura. Such a wonderful and kind soul.

Great stay in their villa - the outdoor living room was unique and well designed. The food was delicious and good selection of wines. They do not take Amex though and you have to go to the breakfast buffet (if ordered to the room you pay for it).

상대적으로 한가한 길리의 서쪽에 위치해 조용하고 좋았지만, 레스토랑의 메뉴가 너무 한정적이고 같은 메뉴인데도 주문 할 때 마다 레시피가 다른 듯 보였습니다. 외출 하며 리셉션에 맡긴 방열쇠를 두번이나 잃어버리고.. 1년도 안되었다고 하기엔 가격대비 룸 컨디션이 조금 아쉽고 안방 빼고는 외부와 연결되있기 때문에 화장실 이용후 안방문을 닫지 않으면 쥐가 들어 올 수도 있으니 조심하세요ㅠㅠ
그래도 분위기 자체는 좋았고 여성 스탭들이 아주 친절합니다.

Terrible place. Guy at desk seemed drunk when we got there. Room was dirty and AC was spitting ice - scary stuff. No info on wifi, phone was missing. Walked all the way back to complain. New room wasn't better. Next day, room service took 2.5 hours and gave us pepperoni pizza when we said no beef for health and religion reasons. Told the manager and he didn't care. Worst vacation ever. Don't bother staying here.
