I arrived late and transport was waiting for me. Check in was easy and quick and room clean comfortable and spacious. Delicious breakfast with lots of options and staff very friendly and helpful. Close to airport, very well priced and highly recommend

We stayed at this hotel for one night before an early flight, and overall, it was a good choice as an airport hotel. The location is excellent—very close to the airport, which was our main priority. The room was clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day of traveling.
One major downside was that the hotel shuttle only operates after 12 PM, something we weren’t informed about when booking. Since the main reason we chose this hotel was the advertised airport shuttle, this was disappointing and caused extra hassle and cost for us.
The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a pool, which was a nice feature, but nothing too special. The view was pleasant, but the area itself felt just okay rather than impressive.
There are several restaurants nearby, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat without needing to travel far.
In summary: A solid option for a short airport stay—clean, comfortable, and well-located—but the lack of clear information about shuttle times affected our overall experience.

We stayed 6 nights and overall it was an enjoyable stay. The only problem is that the building noise transmission is not so good and at times there was noise trnsmitted from the floor above and from the corridor.

Great property to stay as you arrive or depart Kuta. We like quiet hence why we didn’t stay longer. A quick walk to the beach, tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was included and provided many options. Staff get 10/10!

Good location, close to the airport and they offer shuttle service. The only caveat is the shuttle can only carry up to 3 passengers plus the luggage (depending on how much you have). We were traveling with a larger group with more luggage so we were a little concerned once told about the transportation restrictions just before our flight. But, the staff kindly helped us book a cab to transport the remainder of the guests and our luggage and we all arrived to the airport safely and on time. The restaurant staff is so friendly and their customer service is exceptional!

Upon arrival, Excel greeted us and took care of our bags. He got us checked in and made the entire experience so smooth. He even brought our bags up to our room. He was just an all around amazing young man. The breakfast team was amazing and they have plenty of options. Overall stay was a 10/10, definitely recommend!
