地理位置优越，靠近各种小吃店，友好的员工，美味的早餐，干净、芳香的房间，清洁很快，可惜泳池区总是泥泞的，我担心它很滑。

酒店舒适且地理位置优越。

这是我们一家第一次住在这里。可以说，这绝对是迄今为止最好的酒店，绝对在他们这个级别。没想到房间这么宽敞，设施也很棒。其他酒店都在努力减少设施，而福朋酒店非常注重细节，始终以顾客的舒适度为先。我们非常感激。这将是我们在万隆的最爱，我们一定会再来的。继续努力！

房间宽敞，可以看到万隆的景色，酒店干净，工作人员非常友好和愉快，早餐时孩子们也很开心，因为工作人员会帮助他们用气球制作玩具形状。食物美味且种类繁多。

Kelebihan: staff hotel sangat ramah dan sangat membantu terkait permintaan extra bed. Kekurangan: lahan parkir dan drop off lobby sangat terbatas

Kamar bau rokok. Minta pindah kamar ngga bisa, penuh katanya. Katanya mau di treatment tapi saya kembali ke kamar belum ditreatment juga.

Recommended., kalau liburan balik lagi ke hotel ini.

The hotel is well placed in Dago area, in walking distance to good cafe places, restaurant, shops etc. I highly recommend walking around the area of the hotel and enjoy the chill weather of Bandung. The hotel itself is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and it's a good choice to stay with the family. A couple of points to improve: - breakfast: even if the taste of the food is good, the variety of disheses offered is smaller compared to other Four Points hotels that I've been to. - it's extremely long to wait for an elevator if the hotel is busy. There were a couple moments when we prefered to take the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator. When we will return to Bandong for sure we will keep this hotel in mind.
