I stayed here for 5D4N and the staff service was impeccable and top notch ! Everywhere you go within the premise, the service staffers were all smiley and greeting you. Not a single scowl or unhappiness and they all seem so happy doing their work!
For example… After they made our bed, they would give us something very personal and thoughtful like a message on the bed, complete with pretty origami using towels. See photos. In addition, during breakfasts, the server would come round with something special frlm the kitchen and asking you for constructive feedback, or just generally chatting with you on your home country. On the third day, we were served wonderful fruit tarts and I truly enjoyed it! Hence on the fourth day, I asked if I could have the fruit tart from the day before. The server told me he would check with the kitchen and 10min later, he came with 3 fruit tarts! Freshly baked to cater to my whims! How is this not good service? I love this hotel stay and would recommend to anyone !

We have nothing but positive to say about our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lagoi Bay, Bintan. The resort is new and modern and very airy providing a truly relaxing atmosphere the moment we stepped off the shuttle bus from the jetty. Staffs were super attentive and provided beyond 5-star customised service to us ensuring our stay was a truly memorable one. Rooms were spacious with a great ocean view; the balcony was comfy. Overall the cleanliness of the resort was good however there were some teething issues like towels availability, replacement of amenities which could be better finetuned. Understandably this is a relatively new resort so these issues could be revolved and improved once the resort operations gain more experience and a bit more training.
Thanks to the entire team’s hospitality! We truly enjoyed our stay.

The beach is very beautiful with snow white sand. The hotel is very new but depreciates quickly with blister on the wall in our room and the door to the balcony doesn’t work well. Dehumidification in ac is not good. The pillows and quilts are a bit wet during our stay and I got insect bites on bed. The pool is nice but have to pay attention to those loose drain covers near the pool. I almost fell when I stepped on a loose drain. The breakfast is really nice with lots of options. Had a chance to try different local food and drinks which we haven’t never seen in Indonesian restaurants nearby.

All the staff members at Four Points were extremely welcoming and friendly to every guest. We were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel and housekeeping team prepared a thoughtful mini surprise for us. We would like to extend our thanks to Dimas, Fauzi, Renora, Aprillia, Dwi, Moel and Feby for going over and beyond to ensure that our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
The hotel is convenient, as it’s a walkable distance from Plaza Lagoi, and a short 10-15 drive away to most of the attractions. The beach is clean and pretty, and the beach club serves really delicious food and drinks. 10/10 would visit again for the wonderful ambience and service!

Arrived and only option was bbq for dinner. Very limited vegetarian options for lunch/dinner.
Hotel is very peaceful and all staff extremely helpful. Everyone spoke english and excursions easily arranged.
There is no currency exchange available at hotel and closest option is the ferry port by taxi.
Over all a very peaceful relaxing week.
Would definitely book again.

Food service is very slow in general even though staff have tried their best. Members points can’t be recorded at the spa or restaurant when paying the bill but need to fill a form for back office to process. Great facilities and friendly staff.

The staff at Four Points in Bintan are the most welcoming, cheerful and helpful people I have met, never experienced something like this in my life. The hotel is a great place to relax: one can swim at the pool, walk by the beach, have drinks at the pool bar or exercise at the gym. Perfect to switch off for a few days. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is also great, one probably needs weeks to try all the options; make sure you include when booking. Overall, highly recommended.
