地理位置优越，靠近阿特拉斯酒店，但服务不太好。他们办理自助入住，所以只在门口给我一个WA号码联系我。我联系他们时，他们把我转到其他号码，最后我又打了同一个号码。没有洗漱用品。电视没装，借口是坏了。我想游泳的时候，泳池里有只老鼠。我投诉时，他们说：“先生，我什么都不知道。” 住在这里真是糟透了。我本来想晚上离开，找另一家酒店，但天已经黑了，还下着雨。也许服务需要再改进一下。让我的假期心情很不好🥵

位置有点靠里（对于喜欢安静的人来说，这里很适合你）
如果有可以24小时联系的工作人员就更好了。所以如果情况紧急，你可以联系我们
房间不错，空调很冷，但是泳池底部有点脏。

Barang saya ketinggalan di sana di dalam kulkas tapi mimin nya slow respon banget padahal saya minta buat di gojekin seharus nya si masi ada barang nya atau diamankan si harusnya, dan coba untuk menghubungi kita. Padahal saya juga kasi tip loh buat yang bersihin nya 😌🙏.

Pengalaman buruk nginep di sini 2x air mati saat mandi. Tim di sana tidak ramah sekali. Harga yang ditawarkan tidak sesuai sama sekali. Mendingan tempat yang satu lagi ada kolam renang juga.
