Hotel has a policy of not receiving any reservations made by non-married couples and that the married-couples has to present themselves with a valid government-issued identity prior to check-in such as Indonesian ID card (KTP suami-istri) / Marriage Certificate / wedding photos (foto-foto pernikahan). Failing/refusing to do so will result in the rejection of the reservation. Hotel memiliki kebijakan untuk tidak menerima reservasi yang dibuat oleh pasangan non-menikah dalam satu kamar. 不适合婴儿入住。这是我第一个孩子的生日，我想在这里度假，因为这是我从单身开始的订阅服务。结婚直到生孩子。便宜又舒适。离得很近。服务很好。只是运气不好，订到了一间闷热的空调房间，被一堵墙挡着。大玻璃。3 楼 317。向管理层报告后，他们立即搬到了 1 楼 105 的房间。317 房间的电话坏了，但立即被告知要打电话，感谢上帝，如果发生任何事情，他们会迅速做出反应。缺点是，3 楼的餐厅不是 24 小时营业，或者至少该区域只 24 小时营业，如果餐厅不是，那也没关系。带孩子们上楼吃早餐看城市景观有点困难。即使那是其中一项设施。3 楼区域不是 24 小时营业，这是一个超级缺点。也许这个建议，AZANA 管理层可以考虑。因为你可以查看我在这里度假的频率和时长🙃🙏🏿，所有员工都很好，到目前为止一切都很好。谢谢！

事实上，我来过这里很多次。
但之前也发生过几次戏剧性事件。
我订购并在申请中特别要求要一间楼上的房间。但是当我到达时，酒店工作人员说上面的房间已经满了，工作人员给我提供了一个就在候车室大厅里的房间，房间的位置就在入口和接待处的旁边，我没有想要它，因为房间的位置非常尴尬。
最后经过协商，我们按照要求被安排到了楼上的房间。
至于房间本身，正如预期的那样，因为我来过这里几次，干净，漂亮但简约。对于房间没有什么大的抱怨。

我在这里住过几次，真的很舒服，有长枕，可补充饮用水，当时我住的房间里的空调坏了，第二天我告诉接待员并要求更换，结果我得到了很好的服务并得到了一间有空调的房间。服务确实很棒。

很好，对于独自一人的人来说有选择，他们可以选择单人，饮料可以续杯，唯一的输入也许他们可以提供牙刷和牙膏便利设施，仅此而已。其余的都还好。
